Introducing our E9X carbon fiber air collector.
Made from 100% high quality prepreg carbon including the inner trumpets, this air collector replaces the stock plastic version and unleashes the roar of the naturally aspirated V8 engine.As the trumpet lengths are tuned to the inner volume, changing this setting can result in a loss of power, so we have kept the same volume so as not to affect the way the car drives in terms of power delivery. Although there is no performance gain from the carbon plenum, the intake noise produced takes the driving experience to a whole new level. We went through several iterations with different material thicknesses to fine tune the sound, and the resulting plenum produces an almost unbelievable intake sound!
This plenum can be used with the OEM airbox or any other aftermarket intake system, including our own Eventuri intake systems for a real performance boost.

The edge surface is made from a single mould. With many other makes, pores in the edge material and joining surfaces where the edge is joined together often lead to a crack in the edge, which can result in unclean air being sucked into the engine.
With paper filters, the air flow rate is significantly lower and decreases further after just a short period of use.In addition, paper filters must be disposed of after the specified mileage. The Audi B9 RS4/RS5 Eventuri intake system is designed to give the turbo a less restrictive airflow while maintaining low inlet temperatures. The RS5/RS4 engine bay is very prone to heat build-up, so simply using an open filter system would result in better airflow at higher inlet temperatures. That's why we've completely redesigned the airflow from the turbo inlet to the front grille with a highly efficient sealed system. The standard restrictive airbox and flexible plastic inlet pipe have been replaced by our patented Venturi filter housing and a duct system with smooth transitions. The convoluted fabric inlet pipe is replaced by our Venturi housing and integrated full carbon pipe, resulting in a smoother airflow as it enters the turbo inlet pipe. The resulting performance gains and aesthetics are industry leading for this platform.

The improvements result from a combination of reasons:
1) The closed system keeps IATs low - especially with the front air scoop forcing air into the system.
2) The venturi housing provides a smooth transition from the filter to the intake manifold without friction. This helps the turbo to run more efficiently by maintaining laminar flow in the inlet section.
3) The entire system is made of pure pre-preg carbon fibre, which is excellent for thermal insulation.

The filter housing consists of our customised Generation 2 filter, the carbon housing and the integrated pipe. The carbon housing encloses the rear-mounted filter and gently moulds the airflow downwards to the turbo tube, which corresponds in diameter to the turbo inlet. This is a key feature of the intake concept, where we have eliminated the requirement for a smooth transition to a coiled rubber hose between the intake and the engine. The filter housing and integrated pipe extend to the standard turbo pipe and by mounting to the engine, the entire filter housing moves with the engine. As the engine and filter housing moves under acceleration, it is able to maintain a seal to the duct through an expanding rubber profile fitted to the face of the duct.
This gentle reduction of the cross-sectional area creates the Venturi effect, in which the airflow is accelerated while maintaining laminar conditions. It can be considered as a large funnel. Nice to see in the diagram showing the comparison between our patent pending design and an OEM intake system. Our custom filters assist the airflow through the housings and allow for a smooth velocity profile as the airflow exits the housings.
Carbon main air duct with expanding sealThe duct directs ambient air from the scoop to the filter housing. It also creates a sealed volume of ambient air in front of the filter from which the system can draw air at any time. The duct has been designed to make optimum use of the volume available in the engine compartment. To ensure a good seal against engine compartment heat, the duct is also fitted with a flexible rubber rim around the openings, which presses against the filter housing and the OEM front duct, creating the desired seal while allowing the housing to move with the engine. To further improve airflow, we have an additional opening at the rear of the duct in the cold area of the engine bay.

The Audi C7 S6/S7 Eventuri intake system sets a new benchmark for the intake system on this platform. It has been designed to achieve two goals - 1) Relieve the turbo intake paths. 2) Maintain low inlet temperatures. The first objective was achieved by fitting each turbo with a separate filter and venturi funnel to reduce drag and allow the turbos to work more efficiently. The second goal was achieved by enclosing the filters in a carbon air chamber and feeding them with an additional scoop mounted behind the front grille. The engine bay of the C7 RS6/RS7 has multiple heat sources from different directions, so a simple configuration of open filters and shielding would result in higher IAT values. Our carbon airbox housing has been designed to maximise the available volume and block all heat sources. The resulting performance gains and aesthetics are industry leading for the C7 S6/S7.
The Eventuri difference
The C7 S6/S7 Eventuri system utilises 2 Eventuri funnels mounted on the filters that seamlessly merge into the turbo pipes. These provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filters to the turbos. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect and allows laminar flow through the pipes, reducing drag on the turbos.

The aluminium charge pipe replaces the factory plastic pipe. In more powerful vehicles, the increased boost pressure can cause the original pipe to burst. In the worst case, this can lead to engine damage due to fragments being sucked in.
Compared to the original, the pressure pipe has an enlarged diameter of 76mm (3").This reduces air turbulence and at the same time increases the air flow. This allows the turbocharger to respond more quickly, which increases the maximum possible output. The engine control unit does not need to be retuned. Even at very high charge pressures, there is no risk of bursting with this pressure pipe.
The charge pipe also provides a good basis for retrofitting a water-methanol injection system; a connection for the injector is already prepared (thread for water-methanol injection: 1/8" inch, 21/64 fine thread).The charge pipe is fitted as a plug'n'play direct replacement for the standard part.

A legendary add-on for a legendary car!
Our E9X carbon ducts are a direct replacement for the OEM plastic ducts to add the finishing touches to the engine bay. These ducts are made from prepreg carbon and match the rest of our E9X range for the ultimate OEM+ theme. We have also replaced the flexible connector between the ducts and the airbox with an EPDM coupling with our raised V logo. During development we considered adding air scoops to the front duct, but after analysis we realised that there was no performance benefit due to the small opening between the ducts and the airbox, so we decided not to add air scoops. This also leaves the grill openings clear for optimum flow to the radiator.
The Eventuri carbon ducts are available in both gloss and matte finishes to match our plenum, intake and airbox lid.

As the RS3 Gen 2 and TTRS 8S 8V platforms are widely used for highly tuned builds, we have developed a ground-breaking intake system that supports even the 1000hp mark. This intake system has been developed to provide the highest possible flow rate whilst maintaining the lowest possible intake temperatures. Each component has been designed to give the turbo a smooth and free flowing path. The intake manifold has an internal diameter of 103mm or just over 4? and has a gentle curve from the filter housing to the turbo inlet. The filter itself has been specifically designed for this intake system and has a huge outer diameter of 210mm or 8.3? with a filter area of over 130,000mm^2. The patented venturi housing has been designed to provide the maximum possible internal volume for the available space in the RS3 engine bay and to ensure laminar flow to the turbo pipe. We have raised the front of the duct to now create an additional opening behind the bonnet, equivalent to an additional 7? diameter opening from which air can be drawn. The resulting system has the ability to flow 840 CFM at 28? H2O while inlet temperatures are kept to a minimum by the sealed design.
The Eventuri difference
The 8V RS3/TTRS Eventuri system utilises our patented carbon housings which provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbo. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect.
Dyno tests:
Our Stage 3 intake system has been tested by various well-known tuners worldwide who have built high performance RS3/TTRS projects for street and track use. The first results come from BR Performance Netherlands, who tested our system on a TTRS with a TTE700 hybrid turbo. The tests were carried out back to back on the same day with the bonnet closed. They tested the stock airbox against our Stage 3 Intake and also with the additional 4-inch turbo inlet, which is an additional product.

This intake system has been developed to provide the highest possible flow rate whilst achieving the lowest possible intake temperatures. Every component has been designed to give the turbo a smooth and free flow path. The intake pipe has an internal diameter of 103mm or just over 4? and has a smooth bend from the filter housing to the turbo inlet. The filter itself has been specifically designed for this inlet and has a huge outer diameter of 210mm or 8.3? with a filter area of over 130,000mm^2. The patented Venturi housing has been designed to provide the maximum possible internal volume for the RS3 engine bay and provides laminar flow to the turbo pipe. Finally, the duct seals the filter opening to the front slam plate, but is not restricted only by the stock intake opening. We have raised the front of the duct to now create an additional opening behind the bonnet, equivalent to an extra 7? diameter hole from which air can be drawn in. The resulting system has the ability to lift 840 CFM at 28? H2O while keeping intake temperatures to a minimum with the sealed design.
Flow tests
We conducted tests with a Superflow SF-1020 to measure the maximum possible flow rate at a pressure drop of 28" H2O. The tests were conducted on the same day under controlled conditions using the same test fixture for each system. We tested our complete intake system against the stock airbox system. The results show how restrictive the stock airbox is, which we were able to improve by up to 58% in maximum possible flow rate. Importantly, this was achieved with a sealed intake system so that intake temperatures are also kept to a minimum.
Dyno tests
Our RS3 intake system has been tested by various renowned tuners worldwide who have built high performance RS3/TTRS projects for road and track use. The first results come from MSL Performance, who tested our system on a stock 8Y RS3. The tests were carried out back-to-back on the same day. As you can see, there is a measurable gain across the rev range of up to 22bhp. This gain is noticeable even on a standard vehicle on the road due to better throttle response and faster acceleration.

The new intake system for the Audi RS3 from Eventuri presents itself with vigour and power. The special look of the intake is the result of a months-long development process, interspersed with countless tests to generate the perfect airflow. The narrow but clear shape of the large scoop and the air duct for the air intake follows the well-known and patented Eventuri housing in which the large air filter sits.
Especially for the intake of the Audi RS3, the conical filter housing is followed by an inlet pipe with a diameter of 88 mm (standard 77 mm), which directs the laminar, compressed and maximally efficient airflow directly into the turbo and thus offers up to 30 hp more power.
The Eventuri RS3 Intake is supplied with a parts certificate, suitable for all vehicles listed above. The certificate does not exclude exhaust systems from other manufacturers.

The Eventuri carbon intake system for Audi B8 RS4 RS5 is designed to increase engine performance, improve handling and enhance the overall driving experience.
The main aspects are the balance between aerodynamic efficiency and air intake temperature. An open system was chosen but with differences to other aftermarket airboxes. This can be recognised by the shape of the carbon housing and the position and shape of the air filter, and the airbox is manufactured using the prepreg carbon process.

The Audi C8 RS6 intake system is the result of extensive development, testing and prototyping.
Our goal was to fulfill 2 main criteria:1) Increased flow rate.2) Uniform airflow.The first objective was achieved by utilizing the limited space in the engine bay of the RS6, which was severely restricted by the underside of the hood. Our solution was to completely redesign the entire airbox, maximizing the volume, increasing the airflow inlets and creating a more favorable filter angle to the turbos. We also dramatically enlarged the turbo inlets by up to 85% when measuring the cross-sectional area at the openings. The second objective was achieved by designing an organically shaped system with a specially rounded plate filter to ensure that the airflow path did not contain any sharp corners and therefore the flow remained laminar. With smooth transitions from the filter to the turbo inlets, our intake system minimizes the formation of turbulence, allowing the turbos to work more efficiently. Working with BMC, we have developed a bespoke filter element to ensure that the filter area is as large as possible while keeping the airflow clean.When all targets are met, our C8 RS6 intake system delivers on all fronts and allows the turbos to generate boost pressure more efficiently. This results in improved throttle response and significant power gains, which have been independently tested and increase with higher tuning levels. The measured power gains are a result of the complete system we have developed from the airbox base to the cover to the inlets.
Dyno testsOur intake system has been independently tested both on the dyno and on the road. At higher tuning levels, the turbos require more air and so the standard airbox becomes a greater restriction. Here are some results from renowned tuners who have tested the intake system.
STAGE 1 TESTSDyno tests were carried out by Awesome GTI in the UK on their own C8 RS6 fitted with an OPF exhaust and their own Stage 1 remap. The car was run 4 times in 4th gear with the stock airbox and then switched to the Eventuri whilst the car remained on the dyno. The car was then driven again 4 times in 4th gear. The tests were all carried out on the same day and no other changes were made. The graph below shows the highest power with the stock airbox compared to the highest power with the Eventuri intake. In both cases, these are the first dyno runs, with performance decreasing on subsequent dyno runs due to heat build-up. As can be seen below, the intake offers a significant increase in power across the entire rev range. The highlighted point shows the highest power increase in the 60 hp rpm range at the crankshaft. The resulting power increases are noticeable on the road, with better throttle response and improved acceleration times.
STAGE 2 TESTSThe dyno tests on a Stage 2 RS6 were conducted by Eurocharged Canada on a car with aftermarket downpipes, intercoolers and their own Stage 2 remap. The values shown here are measured at the steering wheel. The car was run several times with the stock airbox and the Eventuri. The resulting figures are shown below after comparing the best stock and best Eventuri results. Again, we see a dramatic increase in performance and as this is stage 2, the stock airbox is an even bigger restriction. The highlighted dot shows the highest gain in the rev range of 79hp at the wheels.

The Eventuri difference
The F3 RSQ3 Eventuri system uses our patented carbon fibre housings that provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbocharger pipe. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect.
Flow bench tests
We conducted flow tests with a Superflow SF-1020 to measure the maximum possible flow rate at a pressure drop of 28" H2O. The tests were performed on the same day under controlled conditions using the same test fixture for each system. We tested our complete intake system against the stock airbox system. The results show how restrictive the stock airbox is, which we were able to improve by up to 58% in maximum possible flow rate. Importantly, this was achieved with a sealed intake system so that intake temperatures are also kept to a minimum.
Testing on the test bench
Our Stage 3 intake has been tested by various renowned tuners worldwide who have built high performance RS3/TTRS projects for road and track use. The first results come from BR Performance Netherlands, who tested our system on a TTRS with a TTE700 hybrid turbo. The tests were carried out on the same day with the bonnet closed. They tested the stock airbox against our stage 3 intake and also with the addition of our 4" turbo inlet pipe, which is an additional product - details can be found on our Audi product page.

When you set out like Eventuri to establish a new understanding of quality and product design in an entire industry, then you are only satisfied with the perfect result.
This is also the case with the intake for the Audi S1. A modification of the original VAG 2.0 TFSI intake - the patented Eventuri technology is also used in the Audi S1 intake. The air is forced through the enlarged air intake and then through a much wider intake pipe to the engine. Thanks to innovative technical designs, physical effects from aircraft construction are utilised in the filter housing.
The air is accelerated and directed behind the filter via a cone. The focussed air flow ensures higher speeds and a more laminar air flow.
The reduced friction and the short transition time have the effect of reducing the friction in the system and thus keeping the temperature of the airflow cooler than with the original system. In addition to a great sound, the main effects of this are improved response behaviour and an increase in performance.

The S3 8Y intake manifold is a complete redesign of the standard intake manifold right up to the turbo inlet. Taking inspiration from our RS3 intake, we have made the most of the available space to create an intake that is suitable for all power levels, from standard equipment through to high performance systems with hybrid or full frame turbos. This intake system has been developed to provide the highest possible flow rate while achieving the lowest possible intake temperatures. Each component has been designed to give the turbo a smooth and clear flow path. The restrictive standard intake pipe with a diameter of 73 mm is replaced by an intake pipe with a larger diameter of 94 mm. The filter itself has an outer diameter of 192mm or 7.5? with a filter area of over 110,000mm^2. The patented Venturi housing is designed to provide the largest possible internal volume for the space available in the Golf engine bay and provides laminar flow to the turbo pipe. Finally, the duct seals the filter opening at the windshield, but is not restricted by the stock intake alone. The resulting system can significantly outflow the stock airbox while keeping intake temperatures to a minimum with the sealed design.
Dyno testingOur MK8 Golf intake has been independently tested by a renowned tuner in the UK, Regal Autosport. A MK8 Golf R was tested in original condition and with a tuning box. The tests were carried out on the same day, with the standard airbox being tested first and then the Eventuri. No other changes were made to the car. The first graph shows the results with a stock map. As you can see, there is a measurable gain across the rev range of up to 12 hp. This gain is noticeable even in a standard vehicle on the road due to better throttle response and faster acceleration. The tuning box was used for both the stock airbox and the Eventuri intake without any changes being made between tests. With a higher flow requirement, the stock airbox places a greater restriction on the turbo, which is evident by the significant gain achieved with the Eventuri fitted. We now have a power increase of up to 20 hp and 30 Nm across the entire rev range, which is even more noticeable on the road. We expect the gains to be even greater with higher tuning levels.
The improvements are due to a combination of reasons:1) The closed system keeps IAT levels low - the Golf's engine bay can heat up very quickly, so an open cone filter leads to an increase in IAT levels and therefore a loss of power.2) The Venturi housing provides a smooth transition from the filter to the intake pipes, both of which are matched to an internal diameter of 94mm. This contributes to a more efficient operation of the turbo.3) The entire system is made of pure pre-impregnated carbon fiber, which provides excellent insulation against heat and has smooth inner surfaces, unlike fiberglass, which has sharp resin lines.

The intake for the Audi B9 S4/S5 from Eventuri has been developed to give the turbo a less restrictive airflow while maintaining low inlet temperatures. The S5/S4 engine bay heats up very quickly, so an open system would result in better airflow but at higher inlet temperatures. Therefore, the airflow path from the front grille to the turbo inlet has been completely redesigned with a highly efficient, sealed system. The restrictive OEM airbox and the flexible plastic pipe have been replaced by a Venturi filter housing and a duct system with smooth transitions.
In addition, by removing the pleated OEM pipe and replacing the filter with our patented one-piece venturi housing and rigid pipe, the airflow is much smoother as it enters the turbo inlet. The resulting increase in performance and aesthetics are ground-breaking innovations for this platform.
The Eventuri difference
The B9 S4/S5 Eventuri system uses our patent-pending carbon fibre housings with our bespoke Gen 2 filter, providing an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the inlets. Not just another filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect. The intake was VBOX tested on the road to record acceleration from 60-130mph (and 100-200Km/h). The tests were carried out on the same track - and on the same day to minimise the variables. The results show that acceleration times from 60-130mph have reduced by almost 0.5 seconds, which is a significant improvement at such speeds. This shows that the gains measured on the dyno are not representative of how the intake behaves on the road when it has the correct flow conditions - on the road the intake shows a greater gain by reducing acceleration times compared to the dyno.

The improvements result from a combination of reasons:

2) The venturi housing provides a smooth transition from the filter to the intake manifold without friction. This helps the turbo to run more efficiently by maintaining laminar flow in the inlet section.
3) The entire system is made of pure pre-preg carbon fibre, which is excellent for thermal insulation.

ATTENTION: All models built before 2018 still have a mass air flow sensor installed. All models built after 2018 have a temperature sensor. There are therefore two different products for both engine variants.
The G20/G21 B48 Eventuri intake system was developed to provide the turbo with a less restrictive flow path while maintaining low intake temperatures. When designing an intake system for turbocharged engines, the focus is on heat and volume. On the G20, the intake system is located next to the exhaust manifold, which quickly fills the engine bay with heat. High temperatures have a detrimental effect on engine performance as the turbo would have to be charged with heated, less dense air, so the only way to minimise IATs is to have a fully sealed intake. However, this leads to a restriction with only one supply air inlet from which air is drawn. During development, we identified an additional opening in the wheel arch area and took advantage of this by adding a second intake to our airbox.
In addition, our sealed airbox also features a gold reflective heat shield to minimise radiant heat transfer from the exhaust manifold. To maximise volume, we have made the airbox as large as possible with a recess for potential strut bracing. The standard corrugated intake pipe has been replaced with a smooth carbon pipe, which also has a larger internal volume with an initial internal diameter of 111 mm (4.4") and tapers gently downwards to match the turbo inlet. The pipe provides a smooth path from the filter to the turbo inlet. Finally, we use a customised high-flow dry filter that is ISO-tested for filtration performance and has a larger filter area than the standard filter.
The G20/G21 B48 Eventuri intake system consists of a number of components designed for a specific purpose and manufactured to the highest standards. We use 100% prepreg carbon fibre with no glass fibre, which means we can achieve a smooth internal surface to get a smoother airflow. The Eventuri Carbon Kevlar Intake System for the F Series is designed to increase engine performance, improve handling and enhance the overall driving experience.
Using an inverted cone-shaped filter enclosed in a carbon/kevlar housing, Eventuri utilises the so-called Venturi effect. The result is a uniform laminar airflow, which not only provides more power but also better responsiveness and a new sound experience. Since January 2019, the Eventuri system has been sold with a new, closed airflow. The closed system restricts the airflow to fresh air and prevents warm engine air from entering from the heat exchanger. The heat shields also shield the cold airflow from radiating engine heat and the airbox is manufactured using the pre-preg process.

The Eventuri F40 Eventuri intake system has been developed through extensive real world testing and airflow simulation analysis. With the new announcement system for the F Series with B58 engine, Eventuri has once again set new standards in the combination of efficiency and design. The patented full carbon filter housing has been processed with the intake pipe in one continuous piece to channel the airflow into the turbo in an even more compressed and laminar manner. The newly arranged main heat shield consists of 2 parts separated by a thin air slot. The ingenious design creates a cooling air suction between the shields and thus improves the shielding of the airflow.
The increase in performance is guaranteed by a cool, compressed airflow. The intake system alone provides an uplift in performance of 12 - 15 hp!

The intake system for the F87 Competition is designed to allow the turbos to work more efficiently. By replacing the stock airbox system with our patented venturi filter housings and smooth curved pipes, the airflow to the turbos is more laminar, allowing them to roll with less resistance.

Introducing an intake that truly sets a new benchmark for the G8X platform. We have undertaken intensive research and development to create an intake system that not only outperforms the standard vehicle, but is also future proofed for power increases well in excess of 1000hp. Our system is a complete redesign from the airboxes to the turbo inlets with the aim of reducing pressure loss while increasing flow rate and keeping inlet temperatures low. We have maximized the use of available space and used 2 custom made filters with a 40% larger filter area than stock. These are used in our patented Venturi housings to direct the air evenly to the turbo inlets. The inlets themselves have a cross section up to 160% larger than standard and are fitted with an advanced dimpled inner surface to reduce frictional losses between the flow and the wall boundary. By creating an air "cushion" on the wall surface, the airflow can move through the inlets at higher flow rates and lower pressure drop. This allows the turbos to draw in air with less resistance, reducing the wastegate duty cycle, resulting in higher overall performance.
Bench testThis intake system was independently bench tested by BR Performance in Belgium. The tests were carried out back-to-back with the standard airbox and several runs were made with each configuration. The tested vehicle was driven without an activated carbon filter. We compared the best results with the standard airbox and the best results with the Eventuri system. The results on the dyno show a constant increase across the entire rev range, which is due to the turbos reaching maximum boost pressure earlier and having a lower wastegate duty cycle due to the higher efficiency of the intake system. This increase is despite the increase in dyno temperatures from 11.8 degrees Celsius in the tests with the standard system to almost 16 degrees Celsius in the Eventuri tests. The increase in performance is reflected on the road in improved response at part and full throttle, with the car pulling much more eagerly to the red line.
Intake air temperature testsIn vehicles with turbochargers, a lot of heat can build up in the engine compartment, which can have a detrimental effect on performance if the intake system is not sealed against this heat. Even with intercoolers and charge air coolers, it is important to minimize intake air temperatures as these cooling devices operate at a certain efficiency, so the output air temperature is affected by the input air temperature. Restricting the intake tract with open cones, even if they are heat protected, will inevitably draw hot air from the engine bay. Our system, which is completely sealed, solves this problem, while still not restricting the flow path by using larger volumes. To demonstrate this, we recorded the air temperatures with thermocouples immediately before each turbo. The comparisons were made on the same day and under the same environmental conditions between the original and Eventuri. Our vehicle was allowed to warm up and then accelerated from 30mph to 90mph in 6th gear to measure the temperature change on each run. The car was accelerated in 6th gear to measure the temperature change with each run. At 90mph, the gas pedal was released and the brakes applied to 30mph, after which the car was accelerated back to 90mph. A total of 3 pull-throughs were performed with both intake configurations.

ATTENTION: All models built before 2018 still have a mass air flow sensor installed. All models built after 2018 have a temperature sensor. There are therefore two different products for both engine variants.
The G20/G21 B58 Eventuri intake system was developed to provide the turbo with a less restrictive flow path while maintaining low intake temperatures. When designing an intake system for turbocharged engines, the focus is on heat and volume. On the G20, the intake system is located next to the exhaust manifold, which quickly infuses the engine bay with heat. High temperatures have a detrimental effect on engine performance as the turbo would have to be charged with heated, less dense air, so the only way to keep IATs to a minimum is to have a fully sealed intake. However, this leads to a restriction with only one supply air intake from which air is drawn. During development, we identified an additional opening in the wheel arch area and took advantage of this by adding a second intake to our airbox.
In addition, our sealed airbox also features a gold reflective heat shield to minimize radiant heat transfer from the exhaust manifold. To maximize volume, we've made the airbox as large as possible with a cutout for potential strut bracing. The standard corrugated intake pipe has been replaced with a smooth carbon pipe, which also has a larger internal volume with an initial internal diameter of 111 mm (4.4") and tapers gently downwards to match the turbo inlet. The pipe provides a smooth path from the filter to the turbo inlet. Finally, we use a custom high-flow dry filter that is ISO-tested for filtration performance and has a larger filter area than the standard filter.
The G20/G21 B58 Eventuri intake system consists of a number of components designed for a specific purpose and manufactured to the highest standards. We use 100% prepreg carbon fiber with no fiberglass, which means we can achieve a smooth inner surface to get a smoother airflow. The main aspects are the balance between aerodynamic efficiency and air intake temperature. An open system was chosen but with differences to other aftermarket airboxes. This can be recognised by the shape of the carbon housing and the position and shape of the air filter. The inverted cone-shaped filter ultimately results in the Venturi effect, creating a uniform laminar airflow.

The latest product development from Eventuri in England is aimed at the E39. The intake system is intended as a complete solution and replaces the OEM airbox system. The goal of building an intake system that works with the OEM ECU map and MAF sensors is achieved through two components. The square OEM airbox housing is replaced by the patented Eventuri housing, which guarantees a laminar, even airflow without resistance, as in all Eventuri intake systems. In addition, the two scoops integrated into the fog lights in this intake system ensure a genuine cold air flow.
The difference to the OEM system is immediately noticeable for every M5 driver. The efficiency of the air supply is achieved by the patented Venturi technology in the filter housings. Equipped with the new GEN2 filters, the airflow is shielded from the engine heat, bundled and channelled in a straight line without major frictional losses.
On the test bench, the system shows improved response behaviour and of course the usual great sound of the intake, promising an increase in performance of up to 8 hp.

The Eventuri intake system on the G90/G99 has been designed to provide optimized airflow to the turbos while minimizing heat absorption to maximize performance. We have developed a closed system to prevent the intake tract from drawing in heated air and balanced this requirement with the benefits of dual airflow to reduce overall pressure drop. The ducts take air from the OEM supply lines and have secondary openings strategically positioned near the hood latches. These openings tap into a consistently cold area of the engine bay, providing an additional source of cooling air. Furthermore, these secondary vents improve the audibility of the turbos inside the cabin, adding an even more intense dimension to your driving experience.
At the heart of the Eventuri G9X intake system are our patented Venturi filter housings. This unique design ensures laminar airflow as the air passes to the turbo inlets. The F90 Eventuri intake system has been developed through extensive real-world testing and airflow simulation analyses. Now in the updated V2 design, it features sealed filter housings to maintain a more stable IAT even when stationary. The new covers that seal the housings, in conjunction with our blade and shield combination, provide unrestricted airflow while maintaining low IATs through cold air saturation. Our large front air scoops channel ambient air directly into the intake area, ensuring that the engine does not suffer from heat soak. In addition, our gold-coloured, heat-reflecting shields have integrated flow guides that direct the ambient air from the blades into the filters. We have also managed to increase the cross-sectional area of the inlet pipe by over 30% compared to the standard inlet, as it passes through the openings in the struts.
The Eventuri difference
The F90 Eventuri system uses our patented carbon fibre housings with our bespoke Gen 2 filters, providing an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbos. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect and maintains laminar flow conditions to reduce turbo drag.
Internal volume
Another important design feature of the inlet housings is the internal volume of the tubes as they pass through the struts. On the F90, the airbox system must pass through an oval opening in the strut brace on each side before reaching the turbo inlets. We have managed to increase the internal size of our inlets at this junction, resulting in more available volume for the turbos and therefore less restriction. The increase in cross-sectional area between the Eventuri and the standard airbox is 31% as follows:

The Eventuri Carbon Kevlar Intake System for F12/F13 is designed to increase engine performance, improve handling and enhance the overall driving experience. Using an inverted cone-shaped filter enclosed in a carbon/Kevlar housing, Eventuri utilizes the so-called Venturi effect. The result is an even laminar airflow, which not only provides more power but also better responsiveness and a new sound experience.

Introducing the Eventuri intake manifold for F9X and G09.This intake is the result of extensive research, development and testing to improve the flow of the standard system. This system is a complete redesign of the stock airboxes with the aim of reducing pressure loss while increasing flow rate and keeping intake temperatures low. Since the stock cold air intakes are located at the front of the vehicle and the turbo intakes face the rear of the vehicle, the airflow must complete a 180-degree turn through each airbox, resulting in flow restriction. To overcome this problem, Eventuri have introduced an additional cold air intake from the cover plate, which allows a more direct flow path to the turbo inlets. The additional intakes allow the intake tract to have a higher flow rate while keeping the IAT low, and has the added benefit of no longer restricting the noise of the turbos. With the intakes now facing the cabin, the sounds of turbo flutter and depressurization are clearly audible, taking the driving experience to a new level.
The Eventuri DifferenceThe Eventuri system for F9X, G09 uses their patenteda carbon fiber housing with their custom Gen 2 filters that provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbos. It is not another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that utilizes the Venturi effect and maintains laminar flow conditions to reduce the drag of the turbo.
Bench testingThis intake has been independently bench tested by MSL Performance in the UK. The tests were carried out back to back with the standard airbox and multiple runs were made with each configuration. The tested vehicle was driven without the activated carbon filter in the standard airboxes. The results on the test bench show a consistent increase in power over a large part of the rev range, which is due to the turbos reaching maximum boost pressure earlier and operating with a lower wastegate duty cycle due to the higher efficiency of the intake system. The increase in power is reflected on the road in improved response at part and full throttle, with the car pulling much more eagerly to redline.

The Eventuri intake is designed to provide the turbo with a less restrictive flow path while maintaining low inlet temperatures. Heat and volume are the most important considerations when designing an intake system for turbocharged engines. On the G29, the intake system is located next to the exhaust manifold, which quickly heats up the engine bay with heat. High temperatures are detrimental to engine performance as the turbo would have to be charged with heated, less dense air, so the only way to minimise IATs is to have a fully closed intake. However, this results in a restriction with only one air intake from which air is drawn. During development, we noticed an additional opening in the wheel arch area and utilised this by adding an additional inlet in our air box. In addition, our sealed airbox also features a gold reflective heat shield to minimise radiant heat transfer from the exhaust manifold. To maximise volume, we have made the airbox as large as possible with a recess for potential strut bracing. The standard folded intake pipe has been replaced with a smooth carbon pipe, which also has a larger internal volume with an initial internal diameter of 111 mm (4.4?) and tapers smoothly to match the turbo inlet. The pipe provides a smooth path from the filter to the turbo inlet. Finally, we use a customised high flow dry filter that has been ISO tested for filtration performance and has a larger filter area than the standard filter.
Dyno testing
Our intake for the G29 was independently tested by AMS on a Supra (same engine) with downpipe and software. The tests were repeated on the same day, with only the airbox being replaced for our intake. As you can see, there is an increase in power for a large part of the rev range, with some areas showing an increase of over 20bhp. This is the result of derestricting the intake path whilst maintaining low intake temperatures by keeping a fully sealed system.
A further dyno test was carried out in the UK by Evolve Automotive with a downpipe and Stage 2 software tuning. This dyno graph shows the difference between a fully stock Supra and then with the stock airbox, downpipe and stage 2 tune and finally with the Eventuri, downpipe and stage 2 tune a maximum power gain of 25bhp. All runs were carried out with the bonnet closed.

The B48 Eventuri intake system is designed to provide a less restrictive flow path for the turbo while maintaining low intake temperatures. Heat and volume are the most important factors in the development of an intake system for turbocharged engines. In the G29, the intake system is located directly next to the exhaust manifold, which means that the engine compartment heats up quickly. High temperatures have a detrimental effect on engine performance, as the turbo has to build up the boost pressure with heated, less dense air. The only way to keep the IAT values as low as possible is to have a completely sealed intake. However, this leads to a limitation as there is only one air intake from which air can be drawn. During development, we noticed an additional opening in the wheel arch area and took advantage of this by adding a second intake to our airbox. In addition, our sealed airbox features a heat shield with gold reflectors to minimize radiant heat from the exhaust manifold. To maximize volume, we made the airbox as large as possible with a cutout for possible struts. The stock coiled intake tube has been replaced with a smooth carbon tube that also has a larger internal volume and starts with a 4.4" (111mm) internal diameter that tapers smoothly to match the turbo inlet. The pipe provides a smooth path from the filter to the turbo inlet. Finally, we use a custom high-flow dry filter that is ISO-tested for filtration performance and has a larger filtration area than the stock filter.
The Eventuri B48 intake system consists of a number of components designed for a specific purpose and manufactured to the highest standards. The Eventuri Carbon Intake System for the E85 is designed to increase engine performance, improve handling and enhance the overall driving experience. The main aspects are the balance between aerodynamic efficiency and air intake temperature. An open system was chosen but with differences to other aftermarket airboxes. This can be recognised by the shape of the carbon housing and the position and shape of the air filter. The C8 Corvette Eventuri intake sets a new standard for the most powerful intake and largest available internal volume* on this platform. Since the size and shape of the intake is limited by the OEM trunk liner, we redesigned it to allow for a larger intake. We also made it out of transparent polycarbonate so that the carbon intake tract is visible when the trunk is open. Thanks to our patented Venturi housing concept, the airflow can pass through the filters on a much less tortuous path, which reduces the system's air resistance. In addition, by increasing the overall volume in the intake tract, the flow capacity has also been increased so that maximum power gains can be achieved on more powerful models. Intake air temperatures have been minimized through a sealed system, the use of OEM air intakes and the use of carbon fiber, which has a low coefficient of thermal conductivity across the entire wall thickness. Dyno testingOur C8 intake has been independently tested by the Corvette specialists at Paragon Performance in Iowa and by the tuning specialists at MSL Performance in the UK. The tests were conducted on fully stock vehicles, with the stock airbox and Eventuri intake tested back-to-back on the same day. Paragon Performance conducted the tests in their closed environment, recording temperatures and fuel trim levels. A fully stock C8 was tested with stabilized engine temperatures and then the car was left on the dyno while the intake was installed. After installation, the car was brought up to the same temperatures and then the performance data was measured. This ensured that the tests were conducted in an unbiased manner, balancing the variables for the stock airbox and the Eventuri intake.

The intake system for the Honda Civic Type-R FK8 was a new kind of challenge for the aircraft engineers at Eventuri, requiring a lot of ingenuity and technical know-how. The problem was the position of the OEM airbox, which sits directly in front of the radiator fan in the FK8. This arrangement poses a challenge for Eventuri's open filter system - how do you ensure that the intake system does not draw hot air out of the engine compartment?The solution is a completely new type of carbon scoop that draws the fresh airflow from the direction of the fenders. The opening, which is twice as large as the original airbox, is no longer in the airflow of the radiator fan and thus ensures cool and even ventilation.
The well-known effect of the Eventuri intake systems then also takes effect in the Honda Civic Type-R FK8:The airflow is accelerated via the cone inside the filter housing. The bundled and directed air then reaches the turbo at lower temperatures and more evenly due to less friction in the air supply. This not only significantly improves responsiveness, but also increases performance.

The FK2 Type R V2 intake is an updated version of our original FK2 system that now replaces the stock rubber intake tube with our carbon tube and a custom silicone hose. The new carbon tube also includes the MAF sensor and therefore also replaces our original MAF metal tube from the original Eventuri system. The addition of the carbon tube smooths the path from the venturi filter housing to the stock turbo inlet tube and the difference is significant in terms of additional power gained. The rest of the intake remains the same, with our cold air scoop and venturi filter housing ensuring smooth airflow and low intake temperatures. By incorporating an effective cold air intake, which the stock system lacks, and coupling it with our patented venturi housing and carbon intake tube, our intake delivers industry-leading results consistently.

The Mercedes A35 AMG Eventuri intake system was developed to provide the turbo with a less restrictive flow path while keeping intake temperatures low. Reducing heat suction and increasing internal volume are the main considerations when developing an intake system for turbocharged engines. In the A35, the intake system is located in close proximity to the exhaust manifold, which quickly heats up the engine compartment. High temperatures have a detrimental effect on engine performance, as the turbo has to build up boost pressure with heated, less dense air. Therefore, the only way to reduce IAT to a minimum is to have a completely sealed intake tract. To reduce the restrictions of a closed intake tract, we increased the volume of the airbox by relocating the ECU and providing an opening in the airbox on the cold side, away from the direct heat of the manifold. The carbon inlet pipe has a larger internal volume with an initial internal diameter of 111mm (4.4?) which tapers smoothly to match the turbo inlet pipe diameter. Finally, we use a custom high-flow dry filter that is ISO approved and has a larger filter area than the stock filter.
Dyno testsThe dyno tests were carried out by MSL Performance, a Mercedes specialist based in the UK. A fully standard A35 AMG was tested with the standard airbox and then with the Eventuri intake system, with the same external conditions. As can be seen below, the intake system offers an increase in power throughout the rev range. The highlighted point shows a significant power gain as the intake allows a higher flow rate in the higher rev range where the stock airbox becomes a restriction. The resulting performance gains are noticeable on the road, with better throttle response and improved acceleration times. With a tuned A35 we would expect even better gains as the demand from the turbo increases.

The Mercedes M139 intake manifold for the A45 and CLA45 has been developed to allow the turbo a smoother airflow. By redesigning the system to allow a much more direct path, the turbo is able to generate boost pressure with less drag and therefore reach the target boost pressure earlier in the rev range. This intake system is designed to provide the highest possible flow rate while maintaining the lowest intake temperatures to achieve a net power gain. The de-throttled flow path also allows for a more pronounced spooling of the turbo, adding to the dynamics of the overall driving experience.

Bench test
Our M139 intake has been independently tested by a Mercedes specialised tuner in the UK - MSL Performance. Several runs were carried out with the OEM airbox to get a repeatable result and then again with the Eventuri intake. The tests were carried out back-to-back on the same day. The results show an increase in torque and power across the rev range - not just at peak revs, which is why the car feels more responsive and can accelerate faster through the gears.
The Eventuri A45/CLA45 intake system consists of a number of components designed for a specific purpose and manufactured to the highest standards. Eventuri's AMG GTR intake system is a fully sealed system developed through extensive real-world testing and airflow simulation analyses. It features our patented venturi housings which allow the smoothest possible airflow to the turbo inlets. The housings enclose our customised filters, which help to shape the airflow and maintain laminar conditions. They have also been maximised in internal volume to reduce restriction and in doing so we have also redesigned the central OEM cover as it presses on the much larger system. Finally, the intake air temperatures are kept constant with the ducts sealing to the filter housings. The AMG GTR intake system has been independently tested by RENNtech, the world's leading Mercedes tuning company, and has been proven to increase performance on both standard and tuned engines. Each system comes complete with the carbon centre cover.

Dyno tests
The dyno tests were conducted by RENNtech in the USA, who tested a GTR in original condition and also with their own ECU set-up back to back, comparing the OEM airboxes with our intake system. As can be seen below, the intake from Eventuri offers a power gain across the entire rev range. The peak power and torque figures are summarised below for each configuration. The mid-range gains are in some places higher than the stated peak values, as can be seen in the graphs. The resulting gains are noticeable on the road through better throttle response and improved acceleration times.

The Mercedes W205 C63/S AMG intake system is the culmination of extensive development and testing. Our design consisted of 3 main objectives:
1) Increased flow
2) Low inlet temperatures
3) Smooth airflow
The first objective was achieved by utilising all the limited space in the engine bay of the C63S, resulting in a 35% higher flow rate compared to the original system. The second goal was achieved by developing a fully enclosed system. The C63S engine bay reaches high temperatures with heat sources such as the turbos in close proximity to the intake system, so it is critical that the intake system remains sealed. The end goal was achieved by designing an organically moulded system with individual rounded panel filters to ensure the airflow path contained no sharp corners, keeping the flow laminar. With smooth transitions from the filters to the turbo inlets, our intake system minimises the creation of turbulence, allowing the turbos to operate more efficiently.When all 3 objectives are achieved, our intake system for the W205 C63(S) delivers on all fronts and allows the turbos to generate boost more efficiently. This leads to improved throttle response and real power gains, which increase the more power the engine has.
As there are various turbo upgrades available for the C63/S, we have also developed a special solution for larger turbos.
Our C63/S intake is available in 2 configurations:
61 mm ID outlets to fit standard turbos and 76.5 mm ID outlets to fit larger turbos.

Dyno tests were performed on both a full C63S and a Stage 2 C63S with downpipes and software optimisation. Below is the dyno chart for the Stage 2 car that had the same tune for all runs and only the airbox was changed. It is important to note that the bonnet was closed for all runs to simulate road conditions. Dyno tests with the bonnet open - especially with open conical intakes - do not give a reliable indication of how the intake system affects performance. On the road, the bonnet is closed and so all the heat from the turbos is retained in the engine bay. On the C63S, this intense heat is a problem, which is why a closed system is so important. As the higher air temperature is less dense, the turbos don't make as much pressure, resulting in lower power.Here, our fully sealed system shows that power increases linearly after 4800 rpm, where the airflow requirement increases and the original airboxes become a restriction. These power gains were measured after only the original airbox was swapped for the Eventuri intake system - all other changes were present for both the original airbox and the Eventuri intake system.The gains measured on the dyno translate to increased part-throttle and full-throttle response on the road, with the car pulling much more eagerly to redline. Testing was conducted back-to-back on the same day and temperatures were monitored to ensure consistency. The car was first tested with the bonnet closed. We then left the car on the dyno and installed the Eventuri. The car was then driven again - bonnet closed. Several runs were carried out with both configurations to achieve a consistent result.

The intake system of the Mercedes GLC63S AMG is the result of extensive development and testing. Our design brief consisted of 3 main objectives: 1) Increased flow rate. 2) Low intake temperatures. 3) Smooth airflow. The first objective was achieved by utilizing all the limited available space in the engine bay of the GLC63S, resulting in a 39% higher flow rate compared to the standard system. The second objective was achieved by designing a fully sealed system. The engine bay of the GLC63S reaches high temperatures with heat sources such as the turbos in close proximity to the intake, so it is crucial that the intake remains sealed. The final goal was achieved by designing an organically shaped system with specially rounded plate filters to ensure the airflow path contains no sharp corners and therefore allows laminar flow.
When all three goals are achieved, our W205 C63S intake system delivers on all fronts and allows the turbos to generate boost more efficiently. This results in improved throttle response and real power gains that increase with higher tuning states.

It is important to note that the hood was closed for all runs to simulate road conditions. Dyno tests with the hood open - especially with open cone intakes do not give a reliable indication of how the intakes affect performance. On the road, the hood is closed and so all the heat from the turbos is trapped in the engine bay. On the C63S, this is intense heat, which is why a closed system is so important. Dyno testing a system with the cone open and the hood open brings benefits, but once on the road the heat soak will significantly affect performance as the open cones draw in the hot air. At higher air temperatures, the density is lower, the turbos don't make as much thrust, resulting in lower power. Once the car accelerates and the open cone inlets are drawn through the existing stagnant hot air, they continue to draw in the heat generated by the engine and turbos as they spool. When the engine is under load and accelerating, turbos generate a lot of heat, which can even be seen on the red glowing hot sides.
It can be seen here with our fully sealed system that power increases linearly after 4800 rpm where the airflow requirement increases and the stock airboxes become a restriction. These power gains were measured after only the stock airbox was modified for the Eventuri intake all other modifications were present for both the stock airbox and the Eventuri intake.

The F56 MINI Eventuri intake system is another example of our "complete system" principle.
It is a closed system that ensures that the turbo does not draw in hot air from the engine bay, but is enriched with a functional bonnet scoop that forces ambient air into the intake duct. This duct has a larger internal volume than the standard version and also draws in air from the storage space above the radiator. The combination of a closed system with an air scoop results in lower intake temperatures than the standard airbox and prevents heat ingress, which is a common problem especially on higher performance MINIs. To ensure the smoothest possible flow, we use our patented filter housing in conjunction with a CNC machined MAF pipe to ensure the smoothest possible flow to the turbo. The OEM intake system draws air from behind the front grille, above the radiator. The openings for the intake of ambient air are relatively small and can therefore lead to heat build-up in the intake, especially on a tuned Mini. The OEM bonnet scoop does not supply air directly to the intake tract and as the bonnet already has 2 cut-outs under the scoop, we decided to utilise this feature and redesign the scoop. Our scoop is a direct replacement of the OEM part and snaps into place with the same mounting method. It has 2 intake ramps that direct the outside air into the intake duct through the existing cut-outs on the bonnet (see below). As the vehicle accelerates, more air is forced into the duct, minimising inlet temperatures and eliminating the problem of heat build-up.The scoop has a redesigned profile with a longer top surface to cover the openings, which also provides a more aggressive look. Made from 100% prepreg carbon fibre, the scoop offers incredible aesthetics for the vehicle. To further enhance the aesthetics, we used a V-shaped split weave with the carbon to create a symmetrical profile that works well and allows the scoop to sit in the centre of the cowl.
Carbon intake duct:
The OEM duct only takes in air behind the front grille and is very shallow over the slam panel. We redesigned the duct to let air in from the grill and also from the scoop. In addition, our duct has a much larger internal volume, allowing the intake system to breathe with less restriction. To protect from the heat of the engine bay, the duct is fitted with a flexible rubber ring around the openings on the underside of the bonnet, which seals with the bonnet when closed. It also has an expandable rubber edge around the opening to the filter housing, which ensures a good seal to the filter and allows movement with the engine.
Performance data:
Dyno tests were conducted on both a Cooper S and a JCW. The Cooper S had a stage 1 remap for the stock airbox and Eventuri. The JCW had a stage 2 remap and downpipe for the stock airbox and Eventuri. The Cooper S showed a peak gain of about 8hp and 11ft-lb of torque, but higher mid-range gains of 15hp and 25ft-lb of torque with a good gain through the rev range. Similarly, the Stage 2 JCW saw peak gains of 15hp, but much higher mid-range gains of 27hp and 26ft-lb of torque with a very good power gain throughout the rev range. These power gains were measured after changing only the stock air box for the Eventuri intake - all other changes were present for both the stock air box and the Eventuri intake.
The gains measured on the dyno translate to increased part-throttle and full-throttle behaviour on the road, with the car pulling much more eagerly to the redline. Testing was conducted back-to-back on the same day and temperatures were monitored.

The F6X JCW Eventuri intake system is a perfect example of our "Complete System" principle. It is a sealed system that ensures the turbo does not draw in hot air from the engine bay, but is complemented with a functional cowl scoop that forces ambient air into the intake duct. This duct has a larger internal volume than the standard version and also draws in air at the standard point above the radiator. The combination of a closed system with an air scoop results in lower intake temperatures than the standard airbox and avoids heat sacks, which are a frequent problem, especially on more powerful MINIs. To ensure the smoothest possible flow, we use our patented Venturi filter housing, which has an integrated MAF section for a seamless flow path to the turbo.

The intake system of the 991 Turbo Eventuri has been developed through extensive testing under real world conditions with the aim of making the turbos work more efficiently. By replacing the single standard airbox with individual patented Venturi filter housings, the turbos can spool and generate lift with less drag. As a result, wastegate duty cycles are reduced, resulting in peak boost at lower engine speeds and therefore increased power. The two individual filters provide a larger filter area compared to the single plate filter. To keep intake air temperatures low, the venturi housings are also sealed against an air duct that draws in ambient air from the same location as the stock system. As the engine bay of the 911 Turbo is tightly packed, high IATs can only be avoided by a fully sealed intake system.

The intake was tested on the road using a Vbox unit to record acceleration from 60-130mph. The tests were carried out on the same section of road again on the same day to minimize the variables. The results show that acceleration times from 60 to 210mph are reduced by 0.2 seconds when only the intake is added, which is a significant improvement at such speeds.
