Here you get a sports air filter with all its advantages:- higher air flow rate- higher filter performance (even smaller particles are filtered)- The particles are trapped in the filter after intake and thus remain trapped until cleaning.- Washable and reusable filter- Increased air flow and therefore better combustion in the engine- No reduction in air flow over a minimum of 50,000 km- Sufficient air even at high engine speeds- more power- Better intake noise- Reduced fuel consumption
These sports air filters have polyurethane as the edge material. Polyurethane is more resistant to petrol, vapours and the like. It has an ideal remoulding. This ensures that the edge of the filter is 100% sealed even when it is reinserted after cleaning.
The edge surface is made from a single mould. With many other makes, pores in the edge material and joining surfaces where the edge is joined together often lead to a crack in the edge, which can result in unclean air being sucked into the engine.
With paper filters, the air flow rate is significantly lower and decreases further after just a short period of use.In addition, paper filters must be disposed of after the specified mileage. TitanTec sports air filters last a lifetime. This is good for the environment and your wallet.Other washable cotton filters only filter much larger particles compared to TitanTec sports air filters.
Cleaning the filters:A TitanTec sports air filter has no oil residue and has 100% of its original performance again after cleaning.Cleaning is quick and easy.We recommend cleaning after 15,000-20,000 kilometres or once a year at the latest.The best time to clean the air filter is around the end of May or beginning of June, i.e. after the pollen count, as this is the time when the air filter is under the most strain.Under no circumstances should aggressive cleaning agents such as petroleum ether, cleaning petrol, brake cleaner etc. be used, as this can damage the material.

In order to transport the air precisely to the brake system, a suitable inlet is essential.
The F-series already has factory-fitted inlet ducts in the front bumper, but these end in the middle of the wheel arch.
To ensure that the air let in through the inlet ducts of the front bumper is not randomly swirled around in the wheel arch, we have developed an inlet duct that can be fitted with little effort and directs the air precisely to the brakes - i.e. exactly where it is needed.
The covers can optionally be fitted on the outside in front of the ventilation grilles as protection against moisture or similar.
No fastening tools are required for installation on the front axle. They are fitted in exchange for the original duct support. The duct is based on the OEM duct and therefore uses exactly the same connection points and can be completely removed without leaving any residue.
As the inside of the brake disk on the rear axle builds up very high temperatures, we have also developed an air duct here, which guides the air directly into the inside of the rim via a flow channel.
Our brake cooling system is plug & play and requires no modifications to the vehicle.

The aluminium charge pipe replaces the factory plastic pipe. In more powerful vehicles, the increased boost pressure can cause the original pipe to burst. In the worst case, this can lead to engine damage due to fragments being sucked in.
Compared to the original, the pressure pipe has an enlarged diameter of 76mm (3").This reduces air turbulence and at the same time increases the air flow. This allows the turbocharger to respond more quickly, which increases the maximum possible output. The engine control unit does not need to be retuned. Even at very high charge pressures, there is no risk of bursting with this pressure pipe.
The charge pipe also provides a good basis for retrofitting a water-methanol injection system; a connection for the injector is already prepared (thread for water-methanol injection: 1/8" inch, 21/64 fine thread).The charge pipe is fitted as a plug'n'play direct replacement for the standard part.

First-class technology for maximum performance! The Competition high-performance mesh relies on high-quality Tube Fin technology with internal turbulators. Despite its considerable size, the intercooler is lightweight and weighs only 13.8kg. The cast aluminium end boxes of the cooler have been optimized by flow analyses in the CFD system to ensure outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure.
Components for extreme performance! The EVO3 kit was developed specifically for the requirements of the large tuning stages. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters have been increased to Ø65mm at the inlet and Ø76mm at the outlet. The kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air pipe in Ø76mm. The result: optimum cooling of the supercharged air and a significant increase in performance!
High-quality design for a long service life! Our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating that also has excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees a long-lasting and optimum cooling effect with a noticeable increase in performance. The kit is completely ready to install and includes a modified crossbar. Simple replacement with standard parts is possible, although minor adjustments to the radiator support are necessary due to the extreme size.

Access to all data from the engine:The sensors are queried directly via Can Bus and are displayed on our tried-and-tested MFD28. The display for the E-series comes with a vehicle-specific cover and fits into the interior like an original part. This means that the ventilation through the slots remains intact.
Our display emulates a manufacturer tester so that all detailed values are available. We have optimized the protocol to achieve maximum polling speed.

Switch pages with the cruise control button:To make driving safer, we have integrated the cruise control switch here with the company Lightweight-Performance.
When cruise control is not active, you can use the up/down button to switch the views in the display. This has the following advantages:- No “searching” for the display while concentrating on the road ahead- Switching even when wearing gloves (on trackdays)- Quick and safe checking of overview pages and then returning to the main viewDriver Dynamics:We have developed a special view for all track drivers who want to further improve their driving style and become a second or two faster:- G-forces (lateral and longitudinal acceleration)- Vehicle speed- Steering angle- accelerator pedal position- Brake pressure
This sensor system gives the driver the opportunity to aim for even higher speeds in bends and to hit the braking point even later.
Together with the data log in the internal memory, which can be downloaded from the display after a track day, this offers a great opportunity to synchronize the data with a video.
Access to all data from the engine control unit:We supply your display with a ready-made TRI file as standard. All sensors that are queried are defined here.
Temperatures:Engine water temperature, oil temperature, intake temperature, exhaust temperature, transmission temperature
Pressures:Boost pressure, boost pressure target, fuel pressure high pressure pump, exhaust back pressure, low pressure, front brake pressure, rear brake pressure, oil pressure
Lambda/mixture:Lambda value target/actual, injection correction, long-term lambda adjustment, total ignition angle, ignition angle per cylinder

If values are missing, they can easily be added. It always depends on the engine whether it supports the values, sometimes not all sensors are available.

Read out and delete errors:Swipe down to access the “DTC” (Diagnostic Trouble Codes = fault memory). The display reads the fault memory from the engine. Optionally, you can also delete these directly on the display.
Errors for the engine are displayed in plain text so that you can decide for yourself whether you can continue driving.

DSS - Display Setup Software:With our DSS - Display Setup Software, the display can be conveniently configured on the PC. The 3.0 liter S55B30 turbo engine is equipped with an indirect charge air cooling circuit. This means that the charge air is not cooled using the ambient air as a cooling medium (as usual), but with the aid of a separate cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature can therefore be directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charge air. This is precisely where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING upgrade water coolers come into play. The newly developed competition racing nets of the WAGNERTUNING high-performance water coolers increase the radiator volume of the standard water cooler by 89% for the front and 94% for the side. The ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer and at the same time allows the adjacent components (e.g. the engine water cooler located behind it) sufficient air flow for heat exchange. Furthermore, the increased cooling water volume allows the entire system thermal to be kept at a lower level over a longer period of time.
All WAGNERTUNING water coolers are equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating to ensure a long-lasting cooling effect. The installation of the system is also uncomplicated and plug & play with the help of our installation instructions.
