ATTENTION: All models built before 2018 still have a mass air flow sensor installed. All models built after 2018 have a temperature sensor. There are therefore two different products for both engine variants.
The G20/G21 B48 Eventuri intake system was developed to provide the turbo with a less restrictive flow path while maintaining low intake temperatures. When designing an intake system for turbocharged engines, the focus is on heat and volume. On the G20, the intake system is located next to the exhaust manifold, which quickly fills the engine bay with heat. High temperatures have a detrimental effect on engine performance as the turbo would have to be charged with heated, less dense air, so the only way to minimise IATs is to have a fully sealed intake. However, this leads to a restriction with only one supply air inlet from which air is drawn. During development, we identified an additional opening in the wheel arch area and took advantage of this by adding a second intake to our airbox.
In addition, our sealed airbox also features a gold reflective heat shield to minimise radiant heat transfer from the exhaust manifold. To maximise volume, we have made the airbox as large as possible with a recess for potential strut bracing. The standard corrugated intake pipe has been replaced with a smooth carbon pipe, which also has a larger internal volume with an initial internal diameter of 111 mm (4.4") and tapers gently downwards to match the turbo inlet. The pipe provides a smooth path from the filter to the turbo inlet. Finally, we use a customised high-flow dry filter that is ISO-tested for filtration performance and has a larger filter area than the standard filter.
The G20/G21 B48 Eventuri intake system consists of a number of components designed for a specific purpose and manufactured to the highest standards. We use 100% prepreg carbon fibre with no glass fibre, which means we can achieve a smooth internal surface to get a smoother airflow. KW also offers you the possibility to combine the active standard damper control of your sporty vehicle with the stainless steel KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension. In this way, you can continue to use the existing active damper control in your car such as VW Scirocco, VW Golf VI, VW Passat, BMW and other models in conjunction with a stepless lowering.
The best thing about it: Apart from replacing the adaptive standard suspension with the KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension, no further conversion steps or even modifications to the on-board electronics are necessary. The adaptive KW dampers are simply connected to the original connectors of your car manufacturer via the KW DDC plug connection. The standard control unit then takes over the regulation and control of the KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension.

Stepless loweringThe KW V1 enables maximum lowering within the tested adjustment range. This varies depending on the vehicle model and can, for example, be between 30 and 70 millimetres or 50 to 90 millimetres for an individual lowering. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even years later. Depending on the vehicle, the lowering is carried out either on the wheel-guiding KW stainless steel suspension struts or on the rear axle height adjustment for non-wheel-guiding double-wishbone rear axles.

The Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs are the ideal solution for your vehicle, as the kit lowers the centre of gravity, reduces rebound when accelerating, reduces body roll when cornering and dips when braking. As a result, understeer and oversteer no longer occur.
Lowering the vehicle with the Pro-Kit springs reduces the standard distance between the tyres and the wheel arch and gives the vehicle a sporty look. In addition, the handling of the vehicle is maximised.
