The Competition intercooler kit is suitable for:Honda Civic FK7 1,5VTec Turbo 132KW/182hp (2017+) The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (715mm x 162mm x 122mm / stepped = 12,700cm³) and thus offers a 42% larger inflow area and 144% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance mesh is a high-quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 7.5 kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminium and have been optimized with the help of flow analyses in the CFD system. The intercooler kit was developed directly for the large tuning stages and is therefore optionally available with Ø60mm piping. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready-to-install kit, simply replace with standard intercooler - plug and play.
