The Eventuri Carbon Intake System for the E85 is designed to increase engine performance, improve handling and enhance the overall driving experience. The main aspects are the balance between aerodynamic efficiency and air intake temperature. An open system was chosen but with differences to other aftermarket airboxes. This can be recognised by the shape of the carbon housing and the position and shape of the air filter. The inverted cone-shaped filter, which is enclosed in a carbon housing, creates the so-called Venturi effect. The result is the desired uniform laminar airflow and the airbox is manufactured using the prepreg carbon process.
