The new carbon tube also includes the MAF sensor and therefore also replaces our original MAF metal tube from the original Eventuri system. The addition of the carbon tube smooths the path from the venturi filter housing to the stock turbo inlet tube and the difference is significant in terms of additional power gained. The fresh ambient air is now channelled into the intercooler system through redesigned intercooler ducts located under the boot lid. Cold, fresh air is drawn in by the charge air ducts, which are located on each side of the vehicle's rear side panelling. The air then flows into the inlet tanks on each side of the intercooler system module. The heat transfer process takes place as the charge air moves through the charge air cooler core and the ambient air from the upper charge air cooler ducts flows through the core and exits below the vehicle.
