The 2.0L M 133 turbo engine of the specified A-Class models from AMG is equipped with an indirect charge air cooling circuit. This means that the charge air is not cooled using the ambient air as a cooling medium (as usual), but with the aid of a separate cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature can therefore be directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charge air. This is precisely where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING upgrade water cooler come into play. The newly developed competition racing mesh of the WAGNERTUNING high-performance water cooler increases the radiator volume of the standard water cooler by 79%. The ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer and at the same time allows the adjacent components (e.g. the engine water cooler located behind it) sufficient air flow for heat exchange. Furthermore, the increased cooling water volume allows the entire system thermal to be kept at a lower level over a longer period of time.

Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, the consistent use of stainless steel struts, corrosion-resistant springs and harmonised components, it stands for many years of driving pleasure - and not just for the life of the car.
Stepless loweringThe KW V1 enables maximum lowering within the tested adjustment range. This varies depending on the vehicle model and can, for example, be between 30 and 70 millimetres or 50 to 90 millimetres for an individual lowering. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even years later. Depending on the vehicle, the lowering is carried out either on the wheel-guiding KW stainless steel suspension struts or on the rear axle height adjustment for non-wheel-guiding double-wishbone rear axles.

Setup - factory pre-configured damping setupThe KW V1 has a vehicle-specific, permanently configured damper setup. The spring and damper are perfectly matched to each other so that you experience an optimum balance of sportiness and suitability for everyday use when driving.

The perfect suspension setup for significantly more driving dynamicsIf you have already carried out initial performance modifications to your sporty road vehicle, it is easy to incorporate these into the damper set-up in a targeted manner with the KW V3. The patented KW valve technology for the separate adjustment of the rebound and compression damping allows you to customise the vehicle-specific basic set-up from KW. For example, the KW bottom valve, which can be adjusted in twelve clicks in the low-speed range of the compression damping, gives you the freedom to even take the tyre characteristics of your high and ultra-high performance road tyres into account in the suspension set-up.Thanks to the patented compression adjustment at the lower piston end of the stainless steel housing, you don't even need any tools. The adjustable compression adjustment with its twelve precise clicks allows you to influence body roll and body roll movements by hand without having to change the rebound damping to match the spring rate.With the individually adjustable rebound damping of the KW V3, you can directly influence the handling and comfort through the exact click adjustment.
