Our carbon air intake system was developed with a flow-optimized carbon air intake cover, a plastic lower section and a Ø102mm (4 inch) carbon tube. These components ensure optimum flow characteristics without unnecessarily blocking or swirling the intake air.
By adjusting the connection diameter towards the turbocharger to Ø76mm and using silicone hoses, the air mass flow rate is increased by an impressive +42%. The BlackBoost Cold Air Intakes are designed to be flush with the hood of the vehicle and provide an even seal with the rubber gaskets of the airbox, while also ensuring a large surface area for our 4. 3 inch Twin Flow Conical Filters to work properly.
We have redefined our new generation intake with molded synthetic composite intake tubes that are CFD engineered to achieve the best airflow. With a smallest diameter of 80 mm, we have completely oversized the pipes compared to our previous generation. The pipes are equipped with 1/8 inch NPT connections for methanol injection. Eventuri's AMG GTR intake system is a fully sealed system developed through extensive real-world testing and airflow simulation analyses. It features our patented venturi housings which allow the smoothest possible airflow to the turbo inlets. The housings enclose our customised filters, which help to shape the airflow and maintain laminar conditions. They have also been maximised in internal volume to reduce restriction and in doing so we have also redesigned the central OEM cover as it presses on the much larger system. Finally, the intake air temperatures are kept constant with the ducts sealing to the filter housings. The AMG GTR intake system has been independently tested by RENNtech, the world's leading Mercedes tuning company, and has been proven to increase performance on both standard and tuned engines. Each system comes complete with the carbon centre cover.
The Eventuri difference
The C190/R190 AMG GTR Eventuri intake system utilises our patented carbon housings with our bespoke Gen 2 filters, providing an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbos. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect and maintains laminar flow conditions to reduce turbo drag.
Dyno tests
The dyno tests were conducted by RENNtech in the USA, who tested a GTR in original condition and also with their own ECU set-up back to back, comparing the OEM airboxes with our intake system. As can be seen below, the intake from Eventuri offers a power gain across the entire rev range. The peak power and torque figures are summarised below for each configuration. The mid-range gains are in some places higher than the stated peak values, as can be seen in the graphs. The resulting gains are noticeable on the road through better throttle response and improved acceleration times.

More ground clearance at the touch of a button
With the HLS lift system, you can raise your sports car or lowered vehicle to safely drive over obstacles such as speed bumps, speed humps, level crossings, construction sites, garage and underground parking garage entrances. Depending on the version of the HLS lift system installed, either the front axle or both axles of your vehicle are raised hydraulically by up to 45 millimetres.
This prevents your aerodynamic components, underbody protection or even the oil pan from being damaged. Depending on the vehicle type and model, the lift system is available as a vehicle-specific solution with or without KW coilover suspension. If your vehicle is not yet included in our KW HLS product range, our engineers have also developed a universal lift system.

Our HLS is available as an application-specific solution for a wide range of super sports cars and even for compact models. All the components supplied, such as the hydraulic lines and hydraulic pump, are adapted to your vehicle and therefore all our components harmonize perfectly with your sports car. Whether you combine the HLS with your standard suspension or with our KW coilovers in stainless steel, which are among the world's top aftermarket products, is up to you to decide. Alpina, BMW M, Manthey, Mercedes-Benz AMG, Novitec Rosso and many other well-known companies in the international automotive industry have already opted for KW.
The "HLS 2" version of the lift kit, which is only installed on the front axle, allows you to lift the front of your sports car. If you opt for the "HLS 4" variant, your entire vehicle will be lifted. For this purpose, a hydraulic cylinder is mounted between the spring plate and spring on each KW coilover strut. The great advantage of the hydraulic system is that there is no compression (movement) of the extended cylinder unit during driving (no unwanted additional suspension) and therefore the driving dynamics cannot be impaired. The scope of delivery for all HLS Lift Kit variants also includes a control unit that is connected to the vehicle's on-board electronics. As a result, the vehicle is automatically lowered to the original depth of the KW coilover suspension or your standard suspension from a certain speed.

Blackboost Conical Twin Flow Synthetic Dry Air Filters
The filter consists of two filter elements, firstly the primary filter element on the outside.
The secondary filter element on the top increases the surface area through which the air can flow. Underneath the secondary filter element is a TPU cone which helps to direct the air flowing through the filter, reducing turbulence and increasing the overall flow rate.
We opted for dry filters as they allow us to cover a wide range of applications involving mass airflow sensors that are damaged over time by oiled filters. With the synthetic cotton filter element, we can work completely dry (unoiled) and still ensure good filtration and airflow.
The layers of the synthetic filter material are better than its non-synthetic counterpart as the layered structure of the synthetic cotton allows a homogeneous airflow through the filter.
The kits include the hoses, the moulded plastic composite adapters and the necessary BlackBoost SS316 clamps to keep the components well in place.

The 4.0L V8 biturbo engine of the AMG GT models is equipped with an indirect charge air cooling circuit. This means that the charge air cooling process is not realised using the ambient air as a cooling medium (as usual), but with the help of a separate cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature can therefore be directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charge air. This is precisely where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING upgrade water cooler come into play.
The newly developed competition racing mesh of the WAGNERTUNING high-performance water cooler increases the radiator volume of the standard water cooler by a total of 75 %. The ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer and at the same time allows the neighbouring components (e.g. the engine water cooler behind it) sufficient air flow for heat exchange. Furthermore, the water coolers are equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating to ensure a long-lasting cooling effect. Installation of the system is also uncomplicated and plug & play with the help of our installation instructions.
