The name of dry carbon fibre comes from its manufacturing process. Dry carbon fibre is formed by using a "pre-impregnated" or impregnated piece of carbon material. This piece of carbon is first placed in a mould and then placed in a sealed autoclave to cure properly. This method produces the least amount of waste and forms a lighter version of the carbon than the "wet" method. The autoclave vacuuming process in the production of dry carbon means fewer pinholes and virtually no air pockets in the carbon. Dry carbon is the highest quality version of carbon fibre products produced.
Package includes one pair (passenger and driver side) as a direct OEM replacement for wing liners.
