A powerful brake is one of the most important components in motorsport.
With these upgrade kits, the necessary balance of performance, weight and durability has been perfectly combined through the uncompromising selection of materials, so that this product can meet the high demands of extreme automotive applications.
To achieve this, MOV'IT has increased the diameter and thickness of the brake discs and used more cross holes. Each pre-cast hole is re-drilled and countersunk to achieve a more favourable flow.
The brake disc's optimised DDE ventilation system has an 80% larger surface area compared to other brake discs, resulting in a significant reduction in temperature and wear.
Attention: The conversion means that only rims with at least 19 inches can be fitted!Please note that this upgrade kit for the Seat Leon Cupra is only compatible with the caliper of the performance brake system. As the original caliper is retained with this kit, it is essential that the performance caliper is already fitted.
The chassis number of the vehicle on which the brakes are fitted is required to create the parts certificate.

With impressive mesh dimensions of 620 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm and an external charge air volume of 17.7 liters (compared to 9 liters for OEM), this high-performance charge air cooler ensures optimum cooling of the charged air.
Our newly developed competition high-performance mesh (Tube Fine) not only enables excellent cooling performance, but also ensures sufficient airflow for adjacent components such as the water cooler. The intercooler remains lightweight and weighs only 9.2 kg in total. The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimized using CAD technology and CFD simulations to achieve optimum internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the end box ensures even filling of the competition high-performance mesh.
With an inlet and outlet diameter of Ø70 mm, this intercooler offers a significantly lower back pressure compared to the intercooler fitted as standard. In addition, all our charge air coolers are provided with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which not only ensures protection against environmental influences, but also has superior heat conduction properties. This ensures a long-lasting and optimum cooling effect with a noticeable increase in performance.

Your Leon/Formentor is missing a data display! Here we present the data display for the Cupra Formentor and Seat Leon or Cupra Leon.
Access to all data from the engine control unit:So ALL. The sensors are queried directly via CanBus and are displayed on our tried and tested MFD28. The Cupra Formentor display comes with a vehicle-specific panel and fits into the interior like an original part. The ventilation remains intact through the slots.
The sensors are queried by the CanBus via the manufacturer-specific protocol. We have optimized the protocol to achieve maximum polling speed.

Supported values:Many KViele customers always ask: “Which values can I query from my control unit”. The answer: “ALL”. Our MFD28 is compatible with ISO 11898-2 and SAE J2284.The control unit manufacturers themselves determine which values are sent via the CAN bus interface. The documentation is important here - possibly even in the form of a DBC file that can be imported directly. You can also access our extensive list of already implemented control units. This can be found in the download area. A total of up to 50 sensors can be queried if the manufacturer supports this.Broadcast data as well as OBD2 queries via Can Bus (11bit/29bit) are implemented. Special protocols such as TP2.0 from VW/Audi and UDS are also available.
DSS - Display Setup Software:With our DSS - Display Setup Software, the display can be conveniently configured on the PC. The Can Bus protocol can be customized, you can import DBC files and design the displays with your own widgets.The log viewer downloads log files from the display. These can then be viewed and values can be individually selected and scaled.A built-in Can Bus logger makes it possible to take a close look at the log. This can be used to reverse-engineer unknown Can Buses.
The closed APR carbon intake system increases performance by optimising the air mass flow and at the same time offers perfect filtration.

The carbon fibre intake system is an attractive high performance upgrade for the 1.8T and 2.0T engines found in various vehicles on the MQB platform. The factory intake design has the foundation for excellent performance, but much of it is sacrificed in an effort to fulfil other design requirements.
With requirements to support only factory power output, low noise levels and long service intervals, there is plenty of room for improvement. Expect more power and torque across the powerband with a more direct and responsive feel when operating the throttle. Engine and turbocharger noise will be improved and, depending on driving style, fuel consumption may even be reduced.
In the endeavour to achieve an ideal pressure ratio (1:1) between inlet and outlet, the intake area has several important features.
Through CFD optimisation and validation on the test bench, the filter housing of the intake section has been shaped into a spiral that uses the inertia of the air entering the system to increase the pressure on the outside of the filter. In this way, an even pressure distribution is achieved over the entire surface of the filter and not just at a few key points, maximising the utilisation of the filter area. Compared to many other common intake styles, the APR intake system allows the use of a small, compact filter with better filter utilisation than systems that are often twice the size.
Unlike conventional open element filters, the APR intake system only draws air from the grille area near the front edge of the bonnet. In this way, air is drawn in from an area of relatively high pressure. As the speed of the vehicle increases, the pressure builds up further and ultimately supports the effectiveness of the intake system. By sealing the intake system, the pressure created by the ram air effect and the spiral shape is not simply lost in the engine compartment. This is in contrast to filters with open elements, which draw in air from a relatively low pressure range in the engine compartment.
The design specifications called for an intake system that would only reproduce the true turbocharger sound of the engine when the air is drawn in through the turbocharger or expelled from the diverter valve when the throttle valve is lifted.
The stiffness of the carbon fibre composite material results in engine intake resonance, allowing occupants to hear a clean and clear intake note without sounding intrusive or cheap.

The MK8 Golf GTi/R intake manifold is a complete revision of the standard intake manifold up to the turbo inlet. Taking inspiration from our RS3 intake, we have maximised the space available to create an intake that is suitable for all power levels, from standard specification through to high performance systems with hybrid or full frame turbos. This intake system has been developed to provide the highest possible flow rate whilst achieving the lowest possible intake temperatures. Each component has been designed to give the turbo a smooth and clear flow path. The restrictive standard intake pipe with a diameter of 73 mm is replaced by an intake pipe with a larger diameter of 94 mm. The filter itself has an outer diameter of 192mm or 7.5? with a filter area of over 110,000mm^2. The patented Venturi housing is designed to provide the largest possible internal volume for the available space in the Golf engine bay and provides laminar flow to the turbo pipe. Finally, the duct seals the filter opening at the windscreen, but is not restricted by the standard intake alone. We have raised the front of the duct to now create an additional opening behind the bonnet, equivalent to an extra 7? diameter hole for the inlet to draw from. The resulting system can significantly outflow the stock airbox while keeping intake temperatures to a minimum with the sealed design.
Dyno testing
Our MK8 Golf intake has been independently tested by a renowned tuner in the UK, Regal Autosport. A MK8 Golf R was tested in original condition and with a tuning box. The tests were carried out on the same day, with the standard airbox being tested first and then the Eventuri. No other changes were made to the car. The first graph shows the results with a stock map. As can be seen, there is a measurable gain across the rev range of up to 12bhp. This gain is noticeable even in a standard vehicle on the road due to better throttle response and faster acceleration. The second diagram shows the results when using a tuning box that increases the flow requirement of the intake system. The tuning box was used for both the standard airbox and the Eventuri intake, with no changes made between tests. With a higher flow requirement, the stock airbox places a greater restriction on the turbo, which is evident by the significant gain achieved with the Eventuri fitted. We now have a power increase of up to 20 hp and 30 Nm across the entire rev range, which is even more noticeable on the road. We expect the gains to be even greater with higher tuning levels.
The improvements are due to a combination of reasons:
1) The closed system keeps IAT levels low - the Golf's engine bay can heat up very quickly, so an open cone filter leads to an increase in IAT levels and therefore a loss of power.
2) The Venturi housing provides a smooth transition from the filter to the intake pipes, both of which are matched to an internal diameter of 94mm. This contributes to a more efficient operation of the turbo.
3) The entire system is made from pure pre-impregnated carbon fibre, which provides excellent insulation against heat and has smooth internal surfaces, unlike glass fibre, which has sharp resin lines.

The best thing about it: Apart from replacing the adaptive standard suspension with the KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension, no further conversion steps or even modifications to the on-board electronics are necessary. The adaptive KW dampers are simply connected to the original connectors of your car manufacturer via the KW DDC plug connection. The standard control unit then takes over the regulation and control of the KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension.

With factory pre-configured damping.Our entry-level model for more driving pleasure through an appealing and individually adjustable lowering is the KW V1 coilover suspension in the KW typical "inox-line". Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, the consistent use of stainless steel struts, corrosion-resistant springs and harmonised components, it stands for many years of driving pleasure - and not just for the life of the car.
Stepless loweringThe KW V1 enables maximum lowering within the tested adjustment range. This varies depending on the vehicle model and can, for example, be between 30 and 70 millimetres or 50 to 90 millimetres for an individual lowering. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even years later. Depending on the vehicle, lowering is carried out either on the wheel-guiding KW stainless steel suspension struts or, in the case of non-wheel-guiding double-wishbone rear axles, on the rear axle height adjustment.
