With the MKV Supra A90 becoming increasingly popular as a serious track car, we have developed a cold air intake that gives you a decisive advantage. This headlight duct replaces the OEM headlight and offers a true RAM AIR configuration with a direct cold air supply to the intake system or directly to the turbo. The duct follows the same lines as the original headlight and features two carbon air ducts, one feeding the OEM air intake and the other feeding the entire airbox area. When used in conjunction with our Supra intake system, a panel on the intake system can be removed, exposing the filter to the additional airflow.As cold air is forced into the engine bay, the heat effect is reduced and multiple drag runs are possible. Made from prepreg carbon fiber, the duct has high structural strength and rigidity. It is attached to the OEM mounting points with laser-cut stainless steel brackets and stays in place even at high speeds. Our Supra headlight duct allows for the most direct cold airflow possible and significantly helps reduce heat soak, keeping times consistent even during multiple runs on the track.

The B48 Eventuri intake system is designed to provide a less restrictive flow path for the turbo while maintaining low intake temperatures. Heat and volume are the most important factors in the development of an intake system for turbocharged engines. In the G29, the intake system is located directly next to the exhaust manifold, which means that the engine compartment heats up quickly. High temperatures have a detrimental effect on engine performance, as the turbo has to build up the boost pressure with heated, less dense air. The only way to keep the IAT values as low as possible is to have a completely sealed intake. However, this leads to a limitation as there is only one air intake from which air can be drawn. During development, we noticed an additional opening in the wheel arch area and took advantage of this by adding a second intake to our airbox. In addition, our sealed airbox features a heat shield with gold reflectors to minimize radiant heat from the exhaust manifold. To maximize volume, we made the airbox as large as possible with a cutout for possible struts. The MK5 Supra Eventuri intake is designed to provide a less restrictive flow path to the turbo while maintaining low inlet temperatures. Heat and volume are the most important considerations when designing an intake system for turbocharged engines. On the Supra, the intake system is located next to the exhaust manifold, which quickly heats up the engine bay with heat. High temperatures are detrimental to engine performance as the turbo would have to be charged with heated, less dense air, so the only way to minimise IATs is to have a fully closed intake. However, this results in a restriction with only one air intake from which air is drawn. During development, we noticed an additional opening in the wheel arch area and utilised this by adding an additional inlet in our air box. In addition, our sealed airbox also features a gold reflective heat shield to minimise radiant heat transfer from the exhaust manifold. To maximise volume, we have made the airbox as large as possible with a recess for potential strut bracing. The standard folded intake pipe has been replaced with a smooth carbon pipe, which also has a larger internal volume with an initial internal diameter of 111 mm (4.4?) and tapers smoothly to match the turbo inlet. The pipe provides a smooth path from the filter to the turbo inlet. Finally, we use a customised high flow dry filter that has been ISO tested for filtration performance and has a larger filter area than the standard filter.
Dyno testing
Our intake for Toyota Supra A90 was independently tested by AMS on a Supra with downpipe and software. The tests were repeated on the same day, with only the airbox being replaced for our intake. As can be seen, there is an increase in power for a large part of the rev range, with some areas showing an increase of over 20bhp. This is the result of derestricting the intake path whilst maintaining low intake temperatures by keeping a fully sealed system.
A further dyno test was carried out in the UK by Evolve Automotive with a downpipe and Stage 2 software tuning. This dyno graph shows the difference between a fully stock Supra and then with the stock airbox, downpipe and stage 2 tune and finally with the Eventuri, downpipe and stage 2 tune a maximum power gain of 25bhp. All runs were carried out with the bonnet closed.

The GR Yaris Intake has been developed through extensive data logging of temperatures, flow rates and dyno testing. Being a turbocharged engine, heat and volume were the main considerations during development. This intake system was designed to provide the highest possible flow rate while maintaining the lowest intake temperatures. Each component has been designed to provide a smooth and clear flow path for the turbo. Using a sealed system, we have improved the IAT's of the OEM airbox whilst increasing the internal volume to reduce pressure drop and therefore reduce the pumping losses of the turbo. This allows the turbo to work more efficiently and reach peak boost pressure earlier, resulting in a net power gain.
The filter itself has an outer diameter of 210mm or 8.3" with a filter area of over 130,000mm^2. The patented Venturi housing has been developed to provide the maximum possible internal volume for the GR Yaris and ensures laminar flow to the turbocharger.
The Eventuri difference
The GR Yaris Eventuri system uses our patented carbon fibre housing which provides an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbo. It's not another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect and maintains laminar flow conditions to reduce drag on the turbo.
Dyno testing
Our GR Yaris intake system has been tested by various renowned tuners worldwide, all of whom have reported similar results. The first dyno chart comes from RaceCal in the UK. Several runs were performed with the OEM airbox to get a repeatable result, and then again with the Eventuri intake. The tests were carried out on the same day with the bonnet closed. The results show an increase in torque and power across the rev range - not just at peak revs, which is why the car feels more responsive and can accelerate faster through the gears. The ambient temperatures during this session were 11.9 degrees Celsius for the OEM airbox and 15.6 degrees Celsius for the Eventuri - the temperature increase is due to the dyno cell heating up after the runs with the stock airbox.
The second set of results comes from Master Tuning Asia in Hong Kong, who tested the intake against the stock airbox on the same day and this time in warmer conditions of around 32 degrees centigrade. The systems were tested three times and all three graphs show gains across the rev range, with the third run showing the highest gain as the stock airbox struggled with the IAT.

Stepless loweringThe KW V1 enables maximum lowering within the tested adjustment range. This varies depending on the vehicle model and can, for example, be between 30 and 70 millimetres or 50 to 90 millimetres for an individual lowering. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even years later. Depending on the vehicle, lowering is carried out either on the wheel-guiding KW stainless steel suspension struts or, in the case of non-wheel-guiding double-wishbone rear axles, on the rear axle height adjustment.

The Wagner Tuning Turbo Inlet was specially developed for the Toyota GR Yaris and sets new standards in terms of air supply and performance optimization.
Our Turbo Inlet enables effortless plug-and-play replacement of the standard part. The original turbo inlet of the Toyota GR Yaris has severe restrictions that significantly impair the air mass flow to the turbocharger. The optimized design of our turbo inlet, which was developed with the help of CFD flow simulations, ensures the best possible air mass flow rate. The inner diameter has been increased from Ø48.5mm to Ø51mm, which corresponds to an increase in cross-section of almost 10%. This allows you to achieve a higher maximum output and improved response, especially with hybrid turbochargers.
Our turbo inlet is manufactured in Germany using the latest CNC technology and is made of high-strength aluminum alloy for maximum robustness and durability. The silver anodized surface also gives your engine compartment an appealing look.

The specified models benefit from an advanced indirect charge air cooling circuit, which uses a special cooling water circuit to cool the charge air instead of the usual ambient air. A reduction in the cooling water temperature therefore means a direct improvement in the cooling performance of the charge air.
The Wagner Tuning Upgrade water cooler impresses with its newly developed competition racing mesh, which increases the radiator volume of the standard water cooler by an impressive 117%. The optimized ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and at the same time allows sufficient air flow for adjacent components such as the engine water cooler. Due to the increased cooling water volume, the system thermals remain at a lower level over a longer period of time.
