During a power sweep test at 27C ambient, the CSF radiator charge temperature is 33°C and the stock radiator charge temperature is 48°C. The CSF 991 Turbo and Turbo-S intercoolers cool 6°C above ambient and 15°C below OEM. Maximum power increase of 41 bhp at the wheel. These coolers utilise all of our expert cooling knowledge to deliver an incredibly powerful intercooler solution at a competitive price. During development, CSF engineers designed and tested several core sizes suitable for this application and then settled on a 4.5" thick, wind tunnel optimised bar and plate core. CSF engineers also used a special aerospace-grade thermal dispersion coating to help the intercooler system disperse heat faster. As always, accuracy of fit is incredibly important. CSF engineers utilise the OEM mounting points, clip adjustments and only require a small amount of trimming of the factory intercooler cover to accommodate the huge intercoolers.
