How the new Porsche 992 intercooler system worksUnconventional to the typical single, side-mounted intercoolers behind the front door ducts found in previous water-cooled turbo models, the new 992 generation has relocated the intercooler system to the top of the engine bay. The fresh ambient air is now channelled into the intercooler system through redesigned intercooler ducts located under the boot lid.
Cold, fresh air is drawn in by the charge air ducts, which are located on each side of the vehicle's rear side panelling. The air then flows into the inlet tanks on each side of the intercooler system module. The heat transfer process takes place as the charge air moves through the charge air cooler core and the ambient air from the upper charge air cooler ducts flows through the core and exits below the vehicle. The intercooled charge air from both cores is then combined in the single outlet reservoir in the centre section before entering the Y-pipe, which is connected to the engine's throttle body.
The CSF advantageThe key feature of the CSF by PWR 992 Turbo/S intercooler system is the Formula-1 grade intercooler core. CSF's strategic relationship with PWR has enabled the use of this core, which is unlike any other in the performance aftermarket.
Industry-leading dyno testing by M-EngineeringWorking with Jon and Mitch, the owners and lead tuners of M-Engineering, the OEM intercoolers were compared to the CSF High-Performance Intercooler System on World Motorsports' state-of-the-art wind tunnel dyno.Below are the graphs of the data from two test runs, one with the stock intercooler and one with the CSF High-Performance Intercooler. These tests started in 4th gear at 2500 rpm, went through a gear change to 5th and then to redline.
The CSF intercooler system proved to be much more efficient over the entire rev range, especially at very high charge air temperatures (beginning of the run).

For easy driving over various obstacles for sporty cars with low ground clearance
More ground clearance at the touch of a button
With the HLS lift system, you can raise your sports car or lowered vehicle to safely drive over obstacles such as speed bumps, speed humps, level crossings, construction sites, garage and underground parking garage entrances. Depending on the version of the HLS lift system installed, either the front axle or both axles of your vehicle are raised hydraulically by up to 45 millimetres.
This prevents your aerodynamic components, underbody protection or even the oil pan from being damaged. Depending on the vehicle type and model, the lift system is available as a vehicle-specific solution with or without KW coilover suspension. If your vehicle is not yet included in our KW HLS product range, our engineers have also developed a universal lift system.

The "HLS 2" version of the lift kit, which is only installed on the front axle, allows you to lift the front of your sports car. If you opt for the "HLS 4" variant, your entire vehicle will be lifted. For this purpose, a hydraulic cylinder is mounted between the spring plate and spring on each KW coilover strut. The great advantage of the hydraulic system is that there is no compression (movement) of the extended cylinder unit during driving (no unwanted additional suspension) and therefore the driving dynamics cannot be impaired. The scope of delivery for all HLS Lift Kit variants also includes a control unit that is connected to the vehicle's on-board electronics. As a result, the vehicle is automatically lowered to the original depth of the KW coilover suspension or your standard suspension from a certain speed.

- Vehicles with electronic damper control must be decommissioned. Vehicle-specific KW decommissioning kits can be found in the accessories table.
- The dampers have easy-to-use adjustment wheels. Due to the design, the rebound stage can only be adjusted if the piston rod is accessible.
