The standard damper system, for example with electronic or hydraulic control, remains active. Setup - sporty and harmonious spring rates The high-quality chrome-silicon steel springs used by KW coilover springs are matched to the respective standard suspension dampers and wheel loads in their spring rate for each specific vehicle. When developing the respective spring sets, we ensure that the spring rates also harmonise perfectly with the different damper characteristics of your adaptive standard suspension. So even with a KW coilover spring set, you will experience your car more directly and dynamically. KW coilover springs are suitable for car drivers who want to lower their vehicle discreetly and take advantage of an individual adjustment range. Stepless lowering Similar to a coilover suspension, the KW coilover springs allow a stepless lowering in a discreet range. This is not possible with conventional lowering springs. The dust protection elements and spring travel limiters included in the scope of delivery are always adapted to the maximum possible lowering. This means that the height-adjustable KW springs can be used to achieve a sporty, harmonious driving behaviour without compromising the driving dynamics of performance-oriented vehicles.
