To achieve this, MOV'IT has increased the diameter and thickness of the brake discs and used more cross holes. Each pre-cast hole is re-drilled and countersunk to achieve a more favourable flow.

Our intercooler has impressive mesh dimensions of 640 mm x 410 mm x 65 mm, offering an increased external charge air volume of 17 liters compared to the factory 9 liters. This means more air, more power and impressive acceleration for your Golf 7 GTI.
Our specially developed competition high-performance mesh (Tube Fine) ensures optimum airflow to neighboring components such as the water cooler. Despite its size, our intercooler is surprisingly light at just 8.9 kg. The cast aluminium end boxes were created in the CAD system and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure optimal internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the end box ensures an even filling of the competition high-performance mesh.
The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to an impressive Ø 70 mm and our kit includes reinforced silicone hoses to cope with the increased airflow. Compared to the factory intercooler, our intercooler offers significantly less back pressure, resulting in improved performance. All our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimum cooling performance for a constant increase in performance.
