Material: Carbon fibre Manufacturer: Eventuri Parts certificate: A certificate is available for this product for certain regions and vehicles (details below) As the RS3 Gen 2 and TTRS 8S 8V platforms are widely used for highly tuned builds, we have developed a ground-breaking intake system that supports even the 1000hp mark. This intake system has been developed to provide the highest possible flow rate whilst maintaining the lowest possible intake temperatures. Each component has been designed to give the turbo a smooth and free flowing path. The intake manifold has an internal diameter of 103mm or just over 4? and has a gentle curve from the filter housing to the turbo inlet. The filter itself has been specifically designed for this intake system and has a huge outer diameter of 210mm or 8.3? with a filter area of over 130,000mm^2. The patented venturi housing has been designed to provide the maximum possible internal volume for the available space in the RS3 engine bay and to ensure laminar flow to the turbo pipe. We have raised the front of the duct to now create an additional opening behind the bonnet, equivalent to an additional 7? diameter opening from which air can be drawn. The resulting system has the ability to flow 840 CFM at 28? H2O while inlet temperatures are kept to a minimum by the sealed design. The Eventuri difference The 8V RS3/TTRS Eventuri system utilises our patented carbon housings which provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbo. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect. Dyno tests: Our Stage 3 intake system has been tested by various well-known tuners worldwide who have built high performance RS3/TTRS projects for street and track use. The first results come from BR Performance Netherlands, who tested our system on a TTRS with a TTE700 hybrid turbo. The tests were carried out back to back on the same day with the bonnet closed. They tested the stock airbox against our Stage 3 Intake and also with the additional 4-inch turbo inlet, which is an additional product. The special look of the intake is the result of a months-long development process, interspersed with countless tests to generate the perfect airflow. The narrow but clear shape of the large scoop and the air duct for the air intake follows the well-known and patented Eventuri housing in which the large air filter sits. Especially for the intake of the Audi RS3, the conical filter housing is followed by an inlet pipe with a diameter of 88 mm (standard 77 mm), which directs the laminar, compressed and maximally efficient airflow directly into the turbo and thus offers up to 30 hp more power. The Eventuri RS3 Intake is supplied with a parts certificate, suitable for all vehicles listed above. The certificate does not exclude exhaust systems from other manufacturers. KW coilover springs The spring set with stepless lowering KW coilover springs are used to lower the vehicle in combination with the standard dampers. In contrast to conventional spring sets, individual height adjustment is possible within the tested adjustment range. This solution uses vehicle-specific spring mounts with matched KW lowering springs and suitable elastomers as well as dust protection systems. The standard damper system, for example with electronic or hydraulic control, remains active. Setup - sporty and harmonious spring rates The high-quality chrome-silicon steel springs used by KW coilover springs are matched to the respective standard suspension dampers and wheel loads in terms of their spring rate. When developing the respective spring sets, we ensure that the spring rates also harmonise perfectly with the different damper characteristics of your adaptive standard suspension. So even with a KW coilover spring set, you will experience your car more directly and dynamically. KW coilover springs are suitable for car drivers who want to lower their vehicle discreetly and take advantage of an individual adjustment range. Stepless lowering Similar to a coilover suspension, the KW coilover springs allow a stepless lowering in a discreet range. This is not possible with conventional lowering springs. The dust protection elements and spring travel limiters included in the scope of delivery are always adapted to the maximum possible lowering. The KW DDC coilovers are the intelligent suspension solution for retrofitting from the KW iSuspension product range. They combine the advantages of an adaptive damping system with a vehicle-specific sporty and harmonious damper characteristic with a stylish and sporty lowering. The adaptive KW coilovers are available in the KW DDC ECU version with optional app control for vehicles without actively controlled standard suspension and as KW DDC Plug & Play version for selected vehicle models with adaptive standard suspension. The adaptive KW DDC ECU coilovers allow a stepless lowering in the tested adjustment range. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even after years. Depending on the vehicle, lowering takes place either on the wheel-guiding KW stainless steel suspension struts or, in the case of non-wheel-guiding double wishbone rear axles, on the rear axle height adjustment. The launch of the TTRS 8S from Audi inspired us at Automotive Passion to tackle a new project. The aim was to design a spoiler that would complement the already sporty appearance of the TTRS. After 4 months of 3D scanning and design, not to mention trial and error, we present to you the first Audi spoiler from Automotive Passion. Made from the highest quality dry carbon fibre, this spoiler beautifully enhances the appearance and aerodynamics of the vehicle. This is achieved through its specific and unique design that captures the aerodynamic downforce required to give your car that edge.
