To ensure that the air let in through the inlet ducts of the front bumper is not randomly swirled around in the wheel arch, we have developed an inlet duct that can be fitted with little effort and directs the air precisely to the brakes - i.e. exactly where it is needed.

The Supra MK5 display comes with a vehicle-specific panel and fits into the interior like an original part.
The sensors are queried by the Can Bus via the manufacturer-specific protocol. We have optimized the protocol to achieve maximum polling speed.

With the MKV Supra A90 becoming increasingly popular as a serious track car, we have developed a cold air intake that gives you a decisive advantage. This headlight duct replaces the OEM headlight and offers a true RAM AIR configuration with a direct cold air supply to the intake system or directly to the turbo. The duct follows the same lines as the original headlight and features two carbon air ducts, one feeding the OEM air intake and the other feeding the entire airbox area. When used in conjunction with our Supra intake system, a panel on the intake system can be removed, exposing the filter to the additional airflow.As cold air is forced into the engine bay, the heat effect is reduced and multiple drag runs are possible. Made from prepreg carbon fiber, the duct has high structural strength and rigidity. The Eventuri intake is designed to provide the turbo with a less restrictive flow path while maintaining low inlet temperatures. Heat and volume are the most important considerations when designing an intake system for turbocharged engines. On the G29, the intake system is located next to the exhaust manifold, which quickly heats up the engine bay with heat. High temperatures are detrimental to engine performance as the turbo would have to be charged with heated, less dense air, so the only way to minimise IATs is to have a fully closed intake. However, this results in a restriction with only one air intake from which air is drawn. During development, we noticed an additional opening in the wheel arch area and utilised this by adding an additional inlet in our air box. In addition, our sealed airbox also features a gold reflective heat shield to minimise radiant heat transfer from the exhaust manifold. To maximise volume, we have made the airbox as large as possible with a recess for potential strut bracing. The standard folded intake pipe has been replaced with a smooth carbon pipe, which also has a larger internal volume with an initial internal diameter of 111 mm (4.4?) and tapers smoothly to match the turbo inlet. The pipe provides a smooth path from the filter to the turbo inlet. Finally, we use a customised high flow dry filter that has been ISO tested for filtration performance and has a larger filter area than the standard filter.
Dyno testing
Our intake for the G29 was independently tested by AMS on a Supra (same engine) with downpipe and software. The tests were repeated on the same day, with only the airbox being replaced for our intake. As you can see, there is an increase in power for a large part of the rev range, with some areas showing an increase of over 20bhp. This is the result of derestricting the intake path whilst maintaining low intake temperatures by keeping a fully sealed system.
A further dyno test was carried out in the UK by Evolve Automotive with a downpipe and Stage 2 software tuning. This dyno graph shows the difference between a fully stock Supra and then with the stock airbox, downpipe and stage 2 tune and finally with the Eventuri, downpipe and stage 2 tune a maximum power gain of 25bhp. All runs were carried out with the bonnet closed.

The only way to keep the IAT values as low as possible is to have a completely sealed intake. However, this leads to a limitation as there is only one air intake from which air can be drawn. During development, we noticed an additional opening in the wheel arch area and took advantage of this by adding a second intake to our airbox. In addition, our sealed airbox features a heat shield with gold reflectors to minimize radiant heat from the exhaust manifold. To maximize volume, we made the airbox as large as possible with a cutout for possible struts. The stock coiled intake tube has been replaced with a smooth carbon tube that also has a larger internal volume and starts with a 4.4" (111mm) internal diameter that tapers smoothly to match the turbo inlet. The pipe provides a smooth path from the filter to the turbo inlet. Finally, we use a custom high-flow dry filter that is ISO-tested for filtration performance and has a larger filtration area than the stock filter.

The “Plug & Play” solution for vehicles that have a standard electronic damper adjustment.
KW also offers you the possibility to combine the active standard damper control of your sporty vehicle with the stainless steel KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension. In this way, you can continue to use the existing active damper control in your car such as VW Scirocco, VW Golf VI, VW Passat, BMW and other models in conjunction with a stepless lowering.
The best thing about it: Apart from replacing the adaptive standard suspension with the KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension, no further conversion steps or even modifications to the on-board electronics are necessary. The adaptive KW dampers are simply connected to the original connectors of your car manufacturer via the KW DDC plug connection. The standard control unit then takes over the regulation and control of the KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension.

Our suspension technology is compatible with the electronics of various car manufacturers. This means that the adaptive KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension is immediately recognized by the on-board electronics. All displays and controls of your standard vehicle remain fully functional and combine the advantages of an adaptive damping system with the stylish and sporty lowering of a high-quality KW coilover suspension. Due to the exclusive use of rust-free stainless steel and durable components, the functionality of the rust-free KW coilovers is maintained under all weather conditions. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, adjustment is also possible after a snowy winter, for example. No oxidation occurred on the KW threaded spring legs during a salt spray test. This means that the adjustment of the stepless lowering is not affected even after years.

With factory pre-configured damping.Our entry-level model for more driving pleasure through an appealing and individually adjustable lowering is the KW V1 coilover suspension in the KW typical "inox-line". Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, the consistent use of stainless steel struts, corrosion-resistant springs and harmonised components, it stands for many years of driving pleasure - and not just for the life of the car.
Stepless loweringThe KW V1 enables maximum lowering within the tested adjustment range. This varies depending on the vehicle model and can, for example, be between 30 and 70 millimetres or 50 to 90 millimetres for an individual lowering. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even years later. Depending on the vehicle, lowering is carried out either on the wheel-guiding KW stainless steel suspension struts or, in the case of non-wheel-guiding double-wishbone rear axles, on the rear axle height adjustment.

The perfect suspension setup for significantly more driving dynamicsIf you have already carried out initial performance modifications to your sporty road vehicle, it is easy to incorporate these into the damper set-up in a targeted manner with the KW V3. The patented KW valve technology for the separate adjustment of the rebound and compression damping allows you to customise the vehicle-specific basic set-up from KW. For example, the KW bottom valve, which can be adjusted in twelve clicks in the low-speed range of the compression damping, gives you the scope to even take the tyre characteristics of your high and ultra-high performance road tyres into account in the suspension set-up.Thanks to the patented compression adjustment at the lower piston end of the stainless steel housing, you don't even need any tools. The adjustable compression adjustment with its twelve precise clicks allows you to influence body roll and body roll movements by hand without having to change the rebound damping to match the spring rate.With the individually adjustable rebound damping of the KW V3, you can directly influence the handling and comfort through the exact click adjustment. KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension
The vehicle-specific basic setup of the KW V4 Clubsport, developed in numerous test and measurement drives on the Nordschleife and the KW 7-post driving dynamics test bench, can be further adapted to your wheel loads, the vehicle weight and the modified body stiffness, for example with a bolted cage, welded-in safety cell or strut braces, using the click adjustment. Similar to the KW Competition racing suspensions used in international motorsport, the KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension allows the compression damping to be fine-tuned separately in the low-speed and high-speed range. The click adjustment of the patented KW two-valve control takes place directly on the expansion tank.
You can vary the low-speed compression damping by hand with six precise clicks on the purple-coloured adjustment wheel. The gold-coloured adjustment wheel underneath allows you to change the high-speed compression stage of the recommended basic setup for your track day with 14 exact clicks. Independently of this, you still have 16 clicks at your disposal to noticeably adjust the rebound setting. If you want to tune the KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension, which is available with an expert opinion, more comfortably for your journey to the Nordschleife or other race track for driving on the motorway, simply reduce the rebound forces via the rebound damping.
