With impressive mesh dimensions of 430 mm x 200 mm x 102 mm and a generous charge air volume of 8.8 litres, they reduce backpressure by an astonishing 34% compared to the standard intercooler. Thanks to the specially developed high-performance mesh, the cooling properties remain unrivalled even under extreme conditions.

With a weight of just 12.6 kg per intercooler, we are setting new standards. The precisely CAD-designed free-form end boxes made of high-quality cast aluminium ensure optimum internal airflow and an impressive pressure resistance of up to 6 bar (tested). Our reinforced silicone hoses and aluminium charge air tube optimise flow characteristics, minimise back pressure and maximise your vehicle's performance. The high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties guarantees long-lasting durability. Your cooling always remains at the optimum level and you benefit from a noticeable increase in performance that sets you apart from the competition.

With mesh dimensions of 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm and an impressive total volume of 20.65 liters, this intercooler offers a massive 162% larger flow area and an impressive 182% more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. The high-quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators ensures optimum cooling and maximum performance. Despite its imposing size, the intercooler impresses with a total weight of just 13.2 kg. The cast aluminium end boxes were optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system to ensure optimum air flow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure, keeping your E89 running at full speed. The EVO III Competition intercooler kit has been specially developed for the high demands of large tuning stages on the E89. It contains reinforced silicone hoses and eliminates the original click connections. The connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been extended to Ø70mm to ensure optimum airflow.
