Our intercooler kit offers a significantly larger flow area, 87% larger than the factory cooler. The result? An impressive 70% increase in charge air volume. This means more power and efficiency for your vehicle. Our new Competition high-performance mesh ensures excellent cooling performance. It ensures sufficient airflow for neighbouring components such as the water cooler and is still lightweight.
The end boxes of our intercooler are made of high-quality cast aluminium and have been flow-optimised in the CAD system. This results in an optimised internal air flow and improved cooling performance. Thanks to integrated air baffles at the inlet, the charge air cooler is filled evenly. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. Together with the original cross member, our intercooler forms a stable unit. Despite the new competition high-performance mesh, the weight remains low at just 11.2 kg.
It is fitted to the original mounting points and is easy to install. A 1:1 replacement that enables immediate performance increases for your Audi RSQ3 2.5 TFSI.
