In order to transport the air precisely to the brake system, a suitable inlet is essential. The F-series already has factory-fitted inlet ducts in the front bumper, but these end in the middle of the wheel arch. To ensure that the air let in through the inlet ducts of the front bumper is not randomly swirled around in the wheel arch, we have developed an inlet duct that can be fitted with little effort and directs the air precisely to the brakes - i.e. exactly where it is needed. The covers can optionally be fitted on the outside in front of the ventilation grilles as protection against moisture or similar. No fastening tools are required for installation on the front axle. They are fitted in exchange for the original duct support. The duct is based on the OEM duct and therefore uses exactly the same connection points and can be completely removed without leaving any residue. As the inside of the brake disk on the rear axle builds up very high temperatures, we have also developed an air duct here, which guides the air directly into the inside of the rim via a flow channel. Our brake cooling system is plug & play and requires no modifications to the vehicle.
