KW V4 coilover suspension - State of the Art

With the new KW V4 with its coilover struts made of stainless steel or aluminum, you give your super sports car the necessary reserves to further increase the driving dynamics. The three-way adjustable high-performance dampers with their independent adjustment of the rebound as well as low-speed and high-speed compression damping are based on the successful racing technology of the multiple overall winner of the ADAC Zurich 24h Race Nürburgring and, depending on the vehicle-specific version, have aluminum support bearings. The new KW V4 is developed exclusively for selected high-performance vehicles, which can be moved more safely at the limits of driving dynamics thanks to our KW suspension technology.

- 3-way adjustable high-performance dampers with stainless steel coilover struts
- Separate and independent damper adjustment in:
- Rebound damping with 16 exact clicks + (firmer) / - (more comfortable)
- Low-speed compression damping with 6 exact clicks + (firmer) / - (more comfortable)
- High-speed compression damping with 14 exact clicks + (firmer) / - (more comfortable)
- Two basic settings ex works with comfort setting and performance setting
- Depending on the vehicle, aluminum support bearings are an integral part of the scope of delivery

Please note the conditions and instructions for this product:
- VA + HA height-adjustable (coilover struts)
- Dampers have easy-to-use adjustment wheels. Due to the design, the rebound stage can only be adjusted when the piston rod is accessible.
- Electronic damper control must be deactivated.
- Aluminum shock absorbers (no Inox-line)

This means that the charge air cooling process is not realised using the ambient air as a cooling medium (as usual), but with the help of a separate cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature can therefore be directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charge air. This is precisely where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING upgrade water cooler come into play. The newly developed competition racing mesh of the WAGNERTUNING high-performance water cooler increases the radiator volume of the standard water cooler by a total of 75 %.
