As with all KW coilover suspensions, the KW engineers develop the vehicle-specific KW damper tuning, which is appreciated by car enthusiasts worldwide, in extensive test cycles on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in our test centre on the KW 7-post driving dynamics test bench. With a KW coilover suspension you will experience your car more directly and dynamically. With the KW V2, as an experienced sports driver, you can influence the handling and comfort yourself with the individually adjustable rebound damping. The 16 precise clicks allow you to tune the KW dampers to be firmer or more comfortable without affecting the bottom valve of the compression stage.

Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers are adjusted at the upper end of the piston rod via an integrated adjustment wheel or the slip-on adjustment wheel included in the scope of delivery. By increasing the rebound force via the adjustment wheel, the body movements on the body are reduced. As a result, your car will track more accurately and you will have even more stability at higher cornering speeds. If, for example, you change the approved wheel/tyre combinations of your car manufacturer for larger rims, you can use the KW V2 with adjustable rebound to perfectly match the handling of your car and your new alloy wheels.

Finally, KW coilover suspension struts are 100 per cent rust-free under all weather conditions and have an unlimited service life. The function of the stepless lowering via the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring on the KW V2 is also designed for many years of use. In a salt spray test, no oxidation occurred on the KW coilover struts. This means that the adjustment of the stepless lowering is not affected even after years of use.

The damper characteristic curve of the weather-resistant KW V2 coilover suspension can be adjusted to be firmer or more comfortable, depending on your own requirements. Please note the conditions and instructions for this product:
- VA + HA height adjustable (VA coilover struts, HA springs with height adjustment + damper)
- When used with standard wheel/tyre combinations, additional commercially available track wideners from the accessories may be required
- Dampers have easy-to-use adjustment wheels. Due to the design, the rebound stage can only be adjusted when the piston rod is accessible.
- For camber correction on the rear axle, we recommend the use of the adjustable KW control arm. Vehicle-specific KW control arms can be found in the accessories table.
