Zugriff auf alle Daten vom Motor:Die Sensoren werden direkt über Can Bus abgefragt und werden auf unserem bewährtem MFD28 dargestellt. Das Display für die BMW E-Serie kommt zusammen mit einer fahrzeugspezifischen Blende und fügt sich so wie ein Original-Teil in den Innenraum ein. Dadurch bleibt die Lüftung durch die Schlitze weiterhin intakt. Unser Display emuliert einen Hersteller-Tester, so dass alle detaillierten Werte verfügbar sind. Wir haben das Protokoll soweit optimiert, dass eine maximale Abfragegeschwindigkeit erreicht wird. Mach das Display zu deiner Anzeige! Seiten umschalten mit dem Tempomatknopf:Um das Fahren sicherer zu gestalten, haben wir hier mit der Firma Lightweight-Performance den Tempomatschalter integriert. Wenn der Tempomat nicht aktiv ist, kann man mit dem oben/unten Taster die Ansichten im Display umblättern. Dies hat folgende Vorteile:- kein "Suchen" des Displays, während man sich auf die Fahrbahn konzentriert- Umschalten auch mit Handschuhen (auf Trackdays)- Schnelles und sicheres Checken von Übersichtsseiten, um dann wieder auf die Hauptansicht zurück zu kehren Anbei ein Beispielvideo in der BMW F-Serie. Bei der E-Serie ist der Tempomathebel separat unter dem Blinkerhebel. Driver Dynamics:Wir haben eine spezielle Ansicht für alle Trackfahrer entwickelt, die weiter ihren Fahrstil verbessern und noch die ein oder andere Sekunde schneller werden möchten:- G-Kräfte (Quer- und Längsbeschleunigung)- Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeit- Lenkwinkel- Gaspedalstellung- Bremsdruck Diese Sensorik gibt dem Fahrer die Möglichkeit, in Kurven noch höhere Geschwindigkeiten anzupeilen und den Bremspunkt noch später zu treffen. Zusammen mit dem Datenlog in den internen Speicher, welcher nach einem Trackday vom Display heruntergeladen werden kann, bietet dies eine tolle Möglichkeit, die Daten mit einem Video zu synchronisieren. Zugriff auf alle Daten aus dem Motorsteuergerät:Standardmäßig liefern wir deinem Display ein vorgefertigtes TRI File mit. Hier werden alle Sensoren definiert, welche abgefragt werden. Temperaturen:Wassertemperatur Motor, Öltemperatur, Ansaugtemperatur, Abgastemperatur, Getriebetemperatur Drücke:Ladedruck, Ladedruck Soll, Kraftstoffdruck Hochdruckpumpe, Abgasgegendruck, Niederdruck, Bremsdruck vorn, Bremsdruck hinten, Öldruck Lambda/Gemisch:Lambdawert Soll/Ist, Einspritzkorrektur, Langzeit Lambda Anpassung, Zündwinkel gesamt, Zündwinkel je Zylinder Weiteres:Drehzahl, Luftmasse (g/s), Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeit, Drosselklappenwinkel, Batteriespannung, Gang, Gaspedalstellung, Längs- und Querbeschleunigung, Lenkwinkel, Gierwinkel, Drehmoment, Leistung, Ansteuerung Ladedruckregelventil Sollten Werte fehlen, lassen die sich problemlos hinzufügen. Hier kommt es immer auf den Motor an, ob er die Werte unterstützt, manchmal sind nicht alle Sensoren verfügbar. Achtung: Nicht bei allen Motoren sind alle Werte verfügbar! Die Daten können zwischen den verschiedenen Motoren variieren. Fehler auslesen und Löschen:Mit einem Swipe nach unten bekommst Du Zugriff auf die "DTC" (Diagnostic Trouble Codes = Fehlerspeicher). Das Display liest den Fehlerspeicher vom Motor aus. Optional kannst Du diese auch direkt am Display löschen. Fehler für den Motor werden im Klartext angezeigt, so dass Du selber entscheidest, ob Du noch weiterfahren kannst. Insgesamt lassen sich bis zu 50 Sensoren abfragen, wenn der Hersteller dies unterstützt.Daten, die im Broadcast vorliegen, als auch OBD2 Abfragen über Can Bus (11bit/29bit) sind implementiert. Weiterhin sind auch spezielle Protokolle wie TP2.0 von VW/Audi und UDS verfügbar. DSS - Display Setup Software:Mit unserem DSS - Display Setup Software lässt sich die Anzeige bequem am PC konfigurieren. Das Can Bus Protokoll kann individuell angepasst werden, man kann DBC Dateien importieren und die Anzeigen mit seinen Widgets gestalten.Der Log-Viewer lädt Log-Dateien vom Display herunter. Im Anschluss kann man sich diese betrachten und Werte individuell auswählen und skalieren.Ein eingebauter Can Bus Logger ermöglicht es, ganz genau in das Protokoll zu schauen. Hiermit lassen sich unbekannte Can Busse reverse-engineeren.

Indirect charge air cooling is used in the BMW S55 engine. With indirect charge air cooling, the charge air is cooled by a low-temperature coolant circuit. The low-temperature coolant circuit is then cooled again by the drive air via two air-coolant heat exchangers. A reduced cooling water temperature directly improves the cooling performance of the intercooler. The CSF heat exchanger is installed as an upgrade to the original main heat exchanger and is the largest "drop-in-fit" heat exchanger available on the market for the S55 engine. The CSF heat exchanger has a massive 2-row 42 mm double core with 2x 45 rows and CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology. The B-Tube technology alone enables an increase in cooling efficiency of over 15% compared to the traditional O-tube design of the original heat exchanger. As an OEM supplier with state-of-the-art production machinery, CSF is able to install an extremely efficient fin height of only 6.5 mm for maximum surface contact. The dual-pass flow structure allows the coolant to flow through the core of the radiator twice before exiting the radiator for the lowest possible outlet temperature. The frontal cooling surface increases by ~ 27% compared to the original heat exchanger. Equipped with CNC machined "Quick-Connect" inlet/outlet connections as well as CNC machined brackets and fittings, the CSF heat exchanger is a direct replacement for the original radiator. It can be connected directly and easily to all original hoses, and no grilles, covers or other parts need to be cut or modified - making it a 1:1 replacement. Also ideal as a replacement for accident vehicles or vehicles with a defect. (Please note that various modifications to the plastic parts are required to fit the larger, 50-row Race heat exchanger).
