The Eventuri carbon intake system for Audi B8 RS4 RS5 is designed to increase engine performance, improve handling and enhance the overall driving experience.
The main aspects are the balance between aerodynamic efficiency and air intake temperature. An open system was chosen but with differences to other aftermarket airboxes. This can be recognised by the shape of the carbon housing and the position and shape of the air filter, and the airbox is manufactured using the prepreg carbon process.

The carbon fibre intake system is an attractive high performance upgrade for the 1.8T and 2.0T engines found in various vehicles on the MQB platform. The factory intake design has the foundation for excellent performance, but much of it is sacrificed in an effort to fulfil other design requirements.
With requirements to support only factory power output, low noise levels and long service intervals, there is plenty of room for improvement. Expect more power and torque across the powerband with a more direct and responsive feel when operating the throttle. Engine and turbocharger noise will be improved and, depending on driving style, fuel consumption may even be reduced.
In the endeavour to achieve an ideal pressure ratio (1:1) between inlet and outlet, the intake area has several important features.
Through CFD optimisation and validation on the test bench, the filter housing of the intake section has been shaped into a spiral that uses the inertia of the air entering the system to increase the pressure on the outside of the filter. In this way, an even pressure distribution is achieved over the entire surface of the filter and not just at a few key points, maximising the utilisation of the filter area. Compared to many other common intake styles, the APR intake system allows the use of a small, compact filter with better filter utilisation than systems that are often twice the size.
Unlike conventional open element filters, the APR intake system only draws air from the grille area near the front edge of the bonnet. In this way, air is drawn in from an area of relatively high pressure. As the speed of the vehicle increases, the pressure builds up further and ultimately supports the effectiveness of the intake system. By sealing the intake system, the pressure created by the ram air effect and the spiral shape is not simply lost in the engine compartment. This is in contrast to filters with open elements, which draw in air from a relatively low pressure range in the engine compartment.
The design specifications called for an intake system that would only reproduce the true turbocharger sound of the engine when the air is drawn in through the turbocharger or expelled from the diverter valve when the throttle valve is lifted.
The stiffness of the carbon fibre composite material results in engine intake resonance, allowing occupants to hear a clean and clear intake note without sounding intrusive or cheap.

The perfect suspension setup for significantly more driving dynamicsIf you have already carried out initial performance modifications to your sporty road vehicle, it is easy to incorporate these into the damper set-up in a targeted manner with the KW V3. The patented KW valve technology for the separate adjustment of the rebound and compression damping allows you to customise the vehicle-specific basic set-up from KW. For example, the KW bottom valve, which can be adjusted in twelve clicks in the low-speed range of the compression damping, gives you the freedom to even take the tyre characteristics of your high and ultra-high performance road tyres into account in the suspension set-up.Thanks to the patented compression adjustment at the lower piston end of the stainless steel housing, you don't even need any tools. The adjustable compression adjustment with its twelve precise clicks allows you to influence body roll and body roll movements by hand without having to change the rebound damping to match the spring rate.With the individually adjustable rebound damping of the KW V3, you can directly influence the handling and comfort through the exact click adjustment. Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers are adjusted at the upper end of the piston rod via an integrated adjustment wheel or the slip-on adjustment wheel included in the scope of delivery.By increasing the rebound force via the adjustment wheel, the body movements on the body are reduced. Due to the filigree workmanship and the use of high-quality components, the KW coilover struts made of stainless steel, for example, are 100 per cent rust-free and have an unlimited service life.This means that the functionality of the stepless lowering system via the dirt-resistant KW trapezoidal thread and the KW polyamide threaded ring is not impaired even after many years. With mesh dimensions of 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm and an impressive total volume of 20.65 liters, this intercooler offers a massive 162% larger flow area and an impressive 182% more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. The high-quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators ensures optimum cooling and maximum performance.
Despite its imposing size, the intercooler impresses with a total weight of just 13.2 kg. The cast aluminium end boxes were optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system to ensure optimum air flow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure, keeping your E89 running at full speed.
The EVO III Competition intercooler kit has been specially developed for the high demands of large tuning stages on the E89. It contains reinforced silicone hoses and eliminates the original click connections. The connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been extended to Ø70mm to ensure optimum airflow. Each of our intercoolers is coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating to ensure a long-lasting and optimal cooling effect. Installation of this completely ready-to-fit kit is child's play. Simply replace the standard intercooler with the EVO III Competition high-performance intercooler - plug-and-play. Please note that due to the extreme size of the radiator, minor adjustments to the radiator support may be required.

KW coilover suspension DDC “Plug & Play”
The “Plug & Play” solution for vehicles that have a standard electronic damper adjustment.
KW also offers you the possibility to combine the active standard damper control of your sporty vehicle with the stainless steel KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension. In this way, you can continue to use the existing active damper control in your car such as VW Scirocco, VW Golf VI, VW Passat, BMW and other models in conjunction with a stepless lowering.
The best thing about it: Apart from replacing the adaptive standard suspension with the KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension, no further conversion steps or even modifications to the on-board electronics are necessary. The adaptive KW dampers are simply connected to the original connectors of your car manufacturer via the KW DDC plug connection. The standard control unit then takes over the regulation and control of the KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension.

Our suspension technology is compatible with the electronics of various car manufacturers. This means that the adaptive KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension is immediately recognized by the on-board electronics. All displays and controls of your standard vehicle remain fully functional and combine the advantages of an adaptive damping system with the stylish and sporty lowering of a high-quality KW coilover suspension. Due to the exclusive use of rust-free stainless steel and durable components, the functionality of the rust-free KW coilovers is maintained under all weather conditions. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, adjustment is also possible after a snowy winter, for example. No oxidation occurred on the KW threaded spring legs during a salt spray test. This means that the adjustment of the stepless lowering is not affected even after years.
