With factory pre-configured damping.Our entry-level model for more driving pleasure through an appealing and individually adjustable lowering is the KW V1 coilover suspension in the KW typical "inox-line". Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, the consistent use of stainless steel struts, corrosion-resistant springs and harmonised components, it stands for many years of driving pleasure - and not just for the life of the car.
Stepless loweringThe KW V1 enables maximum lowering within the tested adjustment range. This varies depending on the vehicle model and can, for example, be between 30 and 70 millimetres or 50 to 90 millimetres for an individual lowering. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even years later. Depending on the vehicle, lowering is carried out either on the wheel-guiding KW stainless steel suspension struts or, in the case of non-wheel-guiding double-wishbone rear axles, on the rear axle height adjustment.

Setup - factory pre-configured damping setupThe KW V1 has a vehicle-specific, permanently configured damper setup. The spring and damper are perfectly matched to each other so that you experience an optimum balance of sportiness and suitability for everyday use when driving.
Even with a full payload and maximum axle loads, the dampers always work with a sporty characteristic curve. It is interesting to note that the KW V1 is particularly popular with tuning enthusiasts who prioritise the idea of show & shine.

- VA + HA height adjustable (VA coilover struts, HA springs with height adjustment + damper)
- When used with standard wheel/tyre combinations, additional standard toe spacers from the accessories may be required

Our Performance intercooler sets new standards in terms of efficiency and performance. With net dimensions of 720 mm x 201 mm x 130 mm (stepped), it offers a generous external charge air volume of 15.4 liters compared to the conventional 5.5 liters (OEM). Thanks to the newly developed performance high performance mesh (bar and plate), sufficient airflow is maintained for adjacent components such as the water cooler, while the intercooler itself remains light and compact. With a total weight of just 11.9 kg, it is a real lightweight.
The cast aluminium end boxes were created using the CAD process and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure optimum internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the end box ensures even filling of the competition high-performance network. The inlets and outlets of the intercooler have been enlarged to Ø 65 mm, which makes it necessary to reinforce the silicone hoses. Overall, our intercooler offers a significantly lower back pressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures long-lasting and optimum cooling with an impressive increase in performance.
Installation is carried out by replacing the OEM charge air cooler and is easy to carry out thanks to our detailed installation instructions. We attach great importance to continuous quality monitoring of all our products in order to guarantee you the highest quality at all times.
