The KW levelling suspensions are ideal for drivers who are not looking for maximum lowering, but are looking for the driving dynamics and driving comfort of a KW coilover suspension in combination with the almost original standard ground clearance.

The KW V3 Levelling focuses on the combination of increased driving dynamics and driving comfort in conjunction with a minimum lowering or, if desired, raising. The KW V3 Leveling is the ideal retrofit suspension for frequent drivers on poorly developed secondary roads or drivers who mainly use their car in metropolises and urban areas with numerous speed bumps. The progressive suspension springs are clearly designed for increased ride comfort. Accordingly, the KW V3 levelling has an adjustable, comfort-oriented basic damper tuning. If required, the KW levelling enables an adapted level regulation in the range of + 5 - 20 mm.

The KW V3 Levelling is the ideal retrofit option for drivers who attach great importance to suitability for everyday use, increased ride comfort and a plus in sportiness. The separately adjustable dampers in compression and rebound with their "TVR-A" and "TVC-A" technology allow extensive damper tuning. This makes it easy to influence the turn-in behaviour, directional stability, tyre grip and handling characteristics significantly for safe controllability at the limit and increased ride comfort.

Please note the conditions and instructions for this product:
- VA + HA height-adjustable (VA coilover struts, HA springs with height adjustment + damper)
- Not for vehicles with level control / air suspension
- Dampers have easy-to-operate adjustment wheels. Due to the design, the rebound stage can only be adjusted if the piston rod is accessible.
- Electronic damper control must be deactivated. The electronic kit for decommissioning is optionally included in the scope of delivery, depending on the selection.

Der S55 hängt seinen Ölkühler tief und flach unter der Front — strömungstechnisch sinnvoll, im Alltag aber eine offene Flanke. Ab Werk schützt nur eine Kunststoff-Unterbodenverkleidung mit großer Öffnung, und genau dort treffen Steinschlag, Splitt, Eisbrocken oder die Kante eines Parkriegels ungebremst auf den Kühler. Ein einziger harter Treffer kann den Ölkühler aufreißen — und der S55 verliert sein Öl in Sekunden, mit einem Motorschaden als möglicher Folge. Gerade bei tiefergelegten F8X ist das ein reales Risiko, das niemand eingehen muss. Der Aulitzky Ölkühler-Unterfahrschutz ersetzt die anfällige Serienverkleidung durch eine robuste Metallkonstruktion, die den Ölkühler und die darunterliegenden Bauteile zuverlässig abschirmt. Das Herzstück ist das integrierte Wabengitter: Es lässt die volle Kühlluft an den Ölkühler — die Öltemperaturen bleiben dort, wo sie hingehören — und fängt zugleich alles ab, was dem Kühler gefährlich werden könnte.
