The Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler kit EVO 2 fits the following vehicles with N54 & N55 engine:
BMW 335 (x)i E90/E91/E92/93 2006-2011*
BMW 335is E92 2009-2013*
BMW 135i E82/E88 2008-2013*
BMW 1 Series M E82 2011-2013*
* (reworking of the radiator support required)

Our Competition Intercooler EVO 2 sets the standard with mesh dimensions of 520x210x150 (13,572 cc). This means an impressive 85% larger flow area and an incredible 90% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler. Feel the power and acceleration your vehicle deserves.

Our high-performance net is a high-quality tube fin net with internal turbulators. Despite its impressive size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 7.4 kg. The end boxes are made of high-quality cast aluminium and have been optimized with the help of flow analyses in the CFD system. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been increased to Ø70 mm. The kit also includes 2 reinforced silicone hoses. Our EVO 2 intercooler offers outstanding cooling properties while minimizing back pressure. This is crucial for optimum performance.

All our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties, which ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling.

The kit is completely ready to install and replacing the factory intercooler is easy. It has been tested to up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable. Like all our products, the Competition Intercooler EVO 2 is subject to constant quality monitoring to ensure the highest standards.
