With mesh dimensions of 510mm x 345mm x 180mm (stepped 23.56L), our intercooler offers a 165% larger flow area and a whopping 223% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-quality competition high-performance mesh with internal turbulators ensures optimum cooling performance. Despite its impressive size, the entire intercooler weighs just 13.8 kg, which underlines its efficiency and lightweight construction.
The cast aluminium end boxes of the intercooler have been optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system to ensure excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. Our EVO 3 kit eliminates the original click connections and increases the connection diameters at the inlet to Ø65mm and at the outlet to Ø76mm. In addition, the kit includes reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air tube in Ø76mm. The result is unsurpassed cooling performance with a significant increase in power. Our intercoolers are all coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which not only ensures protection against environmental influences, but also has excellent heat conduction properties. The cast aluminium end boxes of the cooler have been optimized by flow analyses in the CFD system to ensure outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure.
Components for extreme performance! The EVO3 kit was developed specifically for the requirements of the large tuning stages. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters have been increased to Ø65mm at the inlet and Ø76mm at the outlet. The kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air pipe in Ø76mm. The result: optimum cooling of the supercharged air and a significant increase in performance!
High-quality design for a long service life! Our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating that also has excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees a long-lasting and optimum cooling effect with a noticeable increase in performance. The kit is completely ready to install and includes a modified crossbar. Simple replacement with standard parts is possible, although minor adjustments to the radiator support are necessary due to the extreme size.

Your vehicle is missing a data display! We have it - the CANchecked display for the F-series (F21, F22, F23, F30, F31, F32, F33, F80, F82, F83 and F87.
Access to all data from the engine:The sensors are queried directly via Can Bus and are displayed on our tried-and-tested MFD28. The display for the E-series comes with a vehicle-specific cover and fits into the interior like an original part. This means that the ventilation through the slots remains intact.
Our display emulates a manufacturer tester so that all detailed values are available. We have optimized the protocol to achieve maximum polling speed.

Switch pages with the cruise control button:To make driving safer, we have integrated the cruise control switch here with the company Lightweight-Performance.
When cruise control is not active, you can use the up/down button to switch the views in the display. This sensor system gives the driver the opportunity to aim for even higher speeds in bends and to hit the braking point even later.

Access to all data from the engine control unit:We supply your display with a ready-made TRI file as standard. All sensors that are queried are defined here.

If values are missing, they can easily be added. It always depends on the engine whether it supports the values, sometimes not all sensors are available.

Read out and delete errors:Swipe down to access the “DTC” (Diagnostic Trouble Codes = fault memory). The display reads the fault memory from the engine. Optionally, you can also delete these directly on the display.
Errors for the engine are displayed in plain text so that you can decide for yourself whether you can continue driving.

Supported values:Many customers always ask: “Which values can I query from my control unit”. The answer: “ALL”. Our MFD28 is compatible with ISO 11898-2 and SAE J2284.The control unit manufacturers themselves determine which values are sent via the CAN bus interface. The documentation is important here - possibly even in the form of a DBC file that can be imported directly. You can also access our extensive list of already implemented control units. This can be found in the download area. A total of up to 50 sensors can be queried if the manufacturer supports this.Broadcast data as well as OBD2 queries via Can Bus (11bit/29bit) are implemented. Special protocols such as TP2.0 from VW/Audi and UDS are also available.
DSS - Display Setup Software:With our DSS - Display Setup Software, the display can be conveniently configured on the PC. The Can Bus protocol can be customized, you can import DBC files and design the displays with your own widgets.The log viewer downloads log files from the display. These can then be viewed and values can be individually selected and scaled.A built-in Can Bus logger makes it possible to take a close look at the log. This can be used to reverse-engineer unknown Can Buses.

The Eventuri Carbon Kevlar Intake System for the F Series is designed to increase engine performance, improve handling and enhance the overall driving experience.
Using an inverted cone-shaped filter enclosed in a carbon/kevlar housing, Eventuri utilises the so-called Venturi effect. The result is a uniform laminar airflow, which not only provides more power but also better responsiveness and a new sound experience. Since January 2019, the Eventuri system has been sold with a new, closed airflow. The closed system restricts the airflow to fresh air and prevents warm engine air from entering from the heat exchanger. The heat shields also shield the cold airflow from radiating engine heat and the airbox is manufactured using the pre-preg process.

The perfect suspension setup for significantly more driving dynamics
If you have already carried out initial performance modifications to your sporty road vehicle, it is easy to incorporate these into the damper set-up in a targeted manner with the KW V3. The patented KW valve technology for the separate adjustment of the rebound and compression damping allows you to customise the vehicle-specific basic set-up from KW. For example, the KW bottom valve, which can be adjusted in twelve clicks in the low-speed range of the compression damping, gives you the freedom to even take the tyre characteristics of your high and ultra-high performance road tyres into account in the suspension set-up.
Thanks to the patented compression adjustment at the lower piston end of the stainless steel housing, you don't even need any tools. The adjustable compression adjustment with its twelve precise clicks allows you to influence body roll and body roll movements by hand without having to change the rebound damping to match the spring rate.
With the individually adjustable rebound damping of the KW V3, you can directly influence the handling and comfort through the exact click adjustment. Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers are adjusted at the upper end of the piston rod via an integrated adjustment wheel or the slip-on adjustment wheel included in the scope of delivery.
By increasing the rebound force via the adjustment wheel, the body movements on the body are reduced. As a result, your car tracks more accurately and you have even more stability at higher cornering speeds. If, for example, you change from the approved wheel/tyre combinations of your car manufacturer to larger rims, you can use the KW V3 to perfectly match the handling of your car and your new alloy wheels.

The KW V3 is subjected to extensive quality tests during production and every single damper is checked. This is the only way we can fulfil our claim to provide a warranty of up to five years when a KW coilover suspension V3 is installed by a KW specialist dealer. Due to the filigree workmanship and the use of high-quality components, the KW coilover struts made of stainless steel, for example, are 100 per cent rust-free and have an unlimited service life.
This means that the functionality of the stepless lowering system via the dirt-resistant KW trapezoidal thread and the KW polyamide threaded ring is not impaired even after many years. Thanks to the individual lowering with its stepless adjustment range, you can also emphasise the sportiness of your vehicle visually.
