Das hochwertige Tube-Fin Netz mit inneren Turbulatoren sorgt für eine optimale Luftströmung und maximale Kühlleistung. Trotz seiner imposanten Dimensionen beträgt das Gesamtgewicht des Ladeluftkühlers lediglich 9,5 kg, was eine Gewichtsersparnis und eine verbesserte Fahrzeugdynamik ermöglicht.
Die Aluminiumguss-Endkästen des Ladeluftkühlers wurden mithilfe von Strömungsanalysen im CFD-System optimiert, um eine herausragende Kühlleistung bei minimalem Gegendruck zu erzielen. The 2.9L V6 biturbo engine of the Audi RS4 / RS5 is equipped with an indirect charge air cooling circuit. This means that the charge air cooling process is not realised using the ambient air as a cooling medium (as usual), but with the help of a separate cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature can therefore be directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charge air. This is precisely where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING upgrade water cooler come into play.
The newly developed competition racing mesh of the WAGNERTUNING high-performance water cooler increases the radiator volume of the standard water cooler by a total of 55%. The ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer and at the same time allows the neighbouring components (e.g. the engine water cooler behind it) sufficient airflow for heat exchange. Furthermore, the water coolers are equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating to ensure a long-lasting cooling effect. Installation of the system is also uncomplicated and plug & play with the help of our installation instructions.

Das Competition Ladeluftkühler Kit EVO 3 für Audi TTRS 8J ist jetzt mit TÜV Teilegutachten und in zwei verschiedenen Netzvarianten erhältlich!
Wichtig: Wir empfehlen die Standard Version für Leistungsklassen bis zu 600PS und die X-Version für Leistungsklassen ab 600PS zu nutzen.Die neue Netzvariante EVO 3.X wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit einem renommierten Audi Tuner entwickelt und ist für höhere Leistungssteigerungen ab 600PS geeignet. Die Größe des Ladeluftkühlers bleibt dabei unverändert zur Standard Version. Einzig der innere Netzaufbau wurde für die hohen Leistungsklassen nochmals optimiert und auf die Gegebenheiten angepasst. Somit gewährt der EVO 3.X einen optimalen Ladeluftdurchsatz bei sehr guter Kühlleistung. Für alle Leistungsklassen unterhalb der 600PS empfehlen wir weiterhin die Standard Version zu nutzen.
Der Hochleistungsladeluftkühler hat folgende Netzabmaße (515mm x 367[274]mm x 95mm) und bietet damit eine 120% größere Anströmfläche sowie 142% mehr Ladeluftvolumen gegenüber dem originalen Ladeluftkühler. Das neu entwickelte Competition-Hochleistungsnetz gewährt den angrenzenden Bauteilen, wie z.B. dem Wasserkühler, genügend Luftstrom und ist zudem noch sehr leicht. Die Endkästen des Ladeluftkühlers sind aus Aluminiumguss und wurden unter Strömungsanalysen im CAD-System optimiert. Mithilfe von eingearbeiteten Luftleitblechen, im Eingang, wird für eine gleichmäßige Füllung des Ladeluftkühlers gesorgt. Das Resultat sind hervorragende Kühleigenschaften bei geringstem Gegendruck. Somit ist dieses Kit genau das Richtige für den Rennsport. Der Ladeluftkühler und die original Quertraverse bilden eine stabile Einheit und wiegt dank des neuen Competition-Hochleistungsnetzes nur 11,2kg. Die Montage erfolgt an den originalen Befestigungspunkten und ist einfach durchzuführen(1:1 Austausch). Eine optimale Kühlung der aufgeladenen Luft mit deutlichem Leistungsanstieg! Der Anschlussdurchmesser beträgt beidseitig 68mm.
