With impressive mesh dimensions of 620 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm and an external charge air volume of 17.7 liters (compared to 9 liters for OEM), this high-performance charge air cooler ensures optimum cooling of the charged air. Our newly developed competition high-performance mesh (Tube Fine) not only enables excellent cooling performance, but also ensures sufficient airflow for adjacent components such as the water cooler. The intercooler remains lightweight and weighs only 9.2 kg in total. The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimized using CAD technology and CFD simulations to achieve optimum internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the end box ensures even filling of the competition high-performance mesh. With an inlet and outlet diameter of Ø70 mm, this intercooler offers a significantly lower back pressure compared to the intercooler fitted as standard.
