Despite its impressive size, the entire intercooler weighs just 13.8 kg, which underlines its efficiency and lightweight construction. The cast aluminium end boxes of the intercooler have been optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system to ensure excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. Our EVO 3 kit eliminates the original click connections and increases the connection diameters at the inlet to Ø65mm and at the outlet to Ø76mm. In addition, the kit includes reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air tube in Ø76mm. The result is unsurpassed cooling performance with a significant increase in power.
