KW coilover suspension DDC ECU KW Dynamic Damping Control ECU Individuality at the touch of a button.The KW DDC coilovers are the intelligent suspension solution for retrofitting from the KW iSuspension product range. They combine the advantages of an adaptive damping system with a vehicle-specific sporty and harmonious damper characteristic with a stylish and sporty lowering. The adaptive KW coilovers are available in the KW DDC ECU version with optional app control for vehicles without actively controlled standard suspension and as KW DDC Plug & Play version for selected vehicle models with adaptive standard suspension.The adaptive KW DDC ECU coilovers allow a stepless lowering in the tested adjustment range. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even after years. Depending on the vehicle, lowering takes place either on the wheel-guiding KW stainless steel suspension struts or, in the case of non-wheel-guiding double-wishbone rear axles, on the rear axle height adjustment. Developed for the toughest race track in the world: the Nürburgring Nordschleife The KW Clubsport coilovers are already tuned to the different track surfaces, steep curves, jump hills and chicanes of the 20.8 kilometer long Nürburgring Nordschleife in their basic setup. After all, as one of the most successful suspension manufacturers and suppliers in motorsport, we are at home on the Nordschleife. In the VLN Endurance Championship alone, we equip over 70 racing teams and, as a suspension manufacturer, have been able to support six overall victories at the ADAC Zurich 24h Race Nürburgring in ten years. KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension The vehicle-specific basic setup of the KW V4 Clubsport, developed in numerous test and measurement drives on the Nordschleife and the KW 7-post driving dynamics test bench, can be further adapted with the click adjustment for your wheel loads, vehicle weight and the modified body stiffness, for example by a bolted cage, welded-in safety cell or strut braces. Similar to the KW Competition racing suspensions used in international motorsport, the KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension allows the compression damping to be fine-tuned separately in the low-speed and high-speed range. The click adjustment of the patented KW two-valve control takes place directly on the expansion tank. You can manually adjust the low-speed compression damping with six precise clicks on the purple adjustment wheel. The gold-colored adjustment wheel underneath allows you to change the high-speed compression stage of the recommended basic setup for your track day with 14 exact clicks. Independently of this, you still have 16 clicks at your disposal to make noticeable adjustments to the rebound setting.
