With its impressive technical data, this intercooler sets new standards in terms of performance and cooling.

The Competition high-performance intercooler impresses with generous net dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm, which corresponds to a total volume of 17,130 cm³. Thanks to this impressive size, it offers a 134% larger inflow area and a 105% higher charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. The high-quality Tube-Fin mesh with internal turbulators ensures optimum air flow and maximum cooling performance. Despite its impressive dimensions, the total weight of the intercooler is just 9.5 kg, which saves weight and improves vehicle dynamics.

The cast aluminium end boxes of the charge air cooler were optimised with the help of flow analyses in the CFD system in order to achieve outstanding cooling performance with minimum back pressure. The connection diameters at the charge air cooler inlet are Ø62 mm and at the charge air cooler outlet Ø67 mm to ensure optimum flow efficiency.

Another highlight is the anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties, which is included with all our charge air coolers. This ensures permanent and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler kit is completely ready to install and can be easily replaced with the standard intercooler - simply plug and play. It has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable, so you can rely on its reliability. Our products are subject to constant quality monitoring to ensure the highest standards.
