Our high-performance intercooler sets new standards and takes your driving dynamics to a new level. With the impressive net dimensions of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (stepped) and a total volume of 16,500 cm³, it offers an incredible flow area that is 84% larger than the standard intercooler. This means an astonishing 101% increase in charge air volume.
Our newly developed competition high performance mesh ensures optimal airflow to neighbouring components such as the water cooler. With its high quality Tube Fin mesh and internal turbulators, it ensures efficient cooling. The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimised using flow analyses in the CFD system to ensure the best cooling properties with minimum back pressure. The integrated air baffles in the inlet ensure that the charge air cooler is filled evenly. This kit has been specially developed for racing and offers optimum cooling of the supercharged air with a significant increase in performance. All our intercoolers are equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures a long-lasting and optimum cooling effect. Despite its high performance, our intercooler is amazingly light thanks to the new Competition high-performance mesh and forms a stable unit with the original crossmember. The total weight is only 11.7 kg.
Installation is effortless at the original mounting points and is supported by our detailed installation instructions. Thanks to the high pressure stability, which has been tested up to 6 bar, you can rely on the reliability of our product.
