With mesh dimensions of 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm and an impressive total volume of 20.65 liters, this intercooler offers a massive 162% larger flow area and an impressive 182% more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. The high-quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators ensures optimum cooling and maximum performance.
Despite its imposing size, the intercooler impresses with a total weight of just 13.2 kg. The cast aluminium end boxes were optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system to ensure optimum air flow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure, keeping your E89 running at full speed.
The EVO III Competition intercooler kit has been specially developed for the high demands of large tuning stages on the E89. It contains reinforced silicone hoses and eliminates the original click connections. The connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been extended to Ø70mm to ensure optimum airflow. Each of our intercoolers is coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating to ensure a long-lasting and optimal cooling effect. Installation of this completely ready-to-fit kit is child's play. Simply replace the standard intercooler with the EVO III Competition high-performance intercooler - plug-and-play. Please note that due to the extreme size of the radiator, minor adjustments to the radiator support may be required.
