Der S55 hängt seinen Ölkühler tief und flach unter der Front — strömungstechnisch sinnvoll, im Alltag aber eine offene Flanke. Ab Werk schützt nur eine Kunststoff-Unterbodenverkleidung mit großer Öffnung, und genau dort treffen Steinschlag, Splitt, Eisbrocken oder die Kante eines Parkriegels ungebremst auf den Kühler. Ein einziger harter Treffer kann den Ölkühler aufreißen — und der S55 verliert sein Öl in Sekunden, mit einem Motorschaden als möglicher Folge.
Gerade bei tiefergelegten F8X ist das ein reales Risiko, das niemand eingehen muss.
Der Aulitzky Ölkühler-Unterfahrschutz ersetzt die anfällige Serienverkleidung durch eine robuste Metallkonstruktion, die den Ölkühler und die darunterliegenden Bauteile zuverlässig abschirmt. Das Herzstück ist das integrierte Wabengitter: Es lässt die volle Kühlluft an den Ölkühler — die Öltemperaturen bleiben dort, wo sie hingehören — und fängt zugleich alles ab, was dem Kühler gefährlich werden könnte.
Schutz und Kühlleistung schließen sich hier nicht aus, sondern gehen Hand in Hand.
Gefertigt aus pulverbeschichtetem Metall, formstabil und korrosionsfest, mit eingelasertem AULITZKY-Schriftzug im markanten Wabendesign. Die Montage erfolgt anstelle der Original-Verkleidung an den vorhandenen Aufnahmepunkten — kein Provisorium, sondern eine sauber integrierte Lösung.
Das ist Performance-Tuning mit Namen: durchdachter Bauteilschutz vom Spezialisten für BMW M, der unter dem Auto sitzt und seinen Job macht — auch wenn man ihn nicht sieht.

ST wheel nuts & wheel bolts
We recommend ST wheel bolts in black for fitting the D1, D2, DZ and DZX systems. The wheel bolts must be selected longer by the thickness of the spacer disc. The type of bolt head and thread must also be taken into account.
Important note! The minimum screw-in depth of the wheel bolts must be observed in all cases:
- M12x1.25 min. 8.0 turns- M12x1.5 at least 6.5 turns- M12x1.75 at least 6.5 turns- M14x1.25 min. 9.0 turns- M14x1.5 min. 7.5 turns- M15x1.25 min. 10.0 turns- 1/2" min. 8.0 turns
Caution:If the wheel bolt is too long, the axle parts may be damaged!
