The 3DDesign carbon front lip for the F80 and F82 is made entirely of carbon fiber and thus easily meets lightweight construction requirements. Visually, the lip blends in perfectly with the sporty front of the vehicle. In addition, the front lip has a positive effect on the aerodynamic properties of the vehicle.

Testing was performed on a 2017 991.2 Turbo S with GMG Cat-Back Exhaust, IPD Plenum, IPD Y-Pipe & GIAC Stage 1 Tune. During a power sweep test at 27C ambient, the CSF radiator charge temperature is 33°C and the stock radiator charge temperature is 48°C. The CSF 991 Turbo and Turbo-S intercoolers cool 6°C above ambient and 15°C below OEM. Maximum power increase of 41 bhp at the wheel.
These coolers utilise all of our expert cooling knowledge to deliver an incredibly powerful intercooler solution at a competitive price. During development, CSF engineers designed and tested several core sizes suitable for this application and then settled on a 4.5" thick, wind tunnel optimised bar and plate core. CSF engineers also used a special aerospace-grade thermal dispersion coating to help the intercooler system disperse heat faster.
As always, accuracy of fit is incredibly important. CSF engineers utilise the OEM mounting points, clip adjustments and only require a small amount of trimming of the factory intercooler cover to accommodate the huge intercoolers.

Originally developed for the RS3 platform, we now also offer this intake for the RSQ3. This intake system has been developed to provide the highest possible flow rate while allowing the lowest possible intake temperatures. Each component has been designed to provide the turbo with a smooth and clear flow path. The intake tube has an internal diameter of 103mm or just over 4? and has a smooth bend from the filter housing to the turbo inlet. The filter itself has been specifically designed for this inlet and has a huge outer diameter of 210mm or 8.3? with a filter area of over 130,000mm^2. The patented Venturi housing has been designed to provide the maximum possible internal volume for the RSQ3 engine bay and provides laminar flow to the turbo pipe. Finally, the duct seals the filter opening at the windscreen, but is not restricted by the standard intake alone. We have raised the front of the duct to now create an additional opening behind the bonnet, which corresponds to an additional 7? diameter hole from which the intake manifold can be removed. The resulting system has the ability to flow 840 CFM at 28? H2O while keeping intake temperatures to a minimum with the sealed design.
The Eventuri difference
The F3 RSQ3 Eventuri system uses our patented carbon fibre housings that provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbocharger pipe. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect.
Flow bench tests
We conducted flow tests with a Superflow SF-1020 to measure the maximum possible flow rate at a pressure drop of 28" H2O. The tests were performed on the same day under controlled conditions using the same test fixture for each system. We tested our complete intake system against the stock airbox system. The results show how restrictive the stock airbox is, which we were able to improve by up to 58% in maximum possible flow rate. Importantly, this was achieved with a sealed intake system so that intake temperatures are also kept to a minimum.
Testing on the test bench
Our Stage 3 intake has been tested by various renowned tuners worldwide who have built high performance RS3/TTRS projects for road and track use. The first results come from BR Performance Netherlands, who tested our system on a TTRS with a TTE700 hybrid turbo. The tests were carried out on the same day with the bonnet closed. They tested the stock airbox against our stage 3 intake and also with the addition of our 4" turbo inlet pipe, which is an additional product - details can be found on our Audi product page.
