With impressive net dimensions (730mm x 300mm x 70mm = 15.3 liters), this cooler not only offers a generous 100% larger intake area, but also an impressive 125% increase in charge air volume compared to the original intercooler.
At the heart of this cooler is our exclusive high performance mesh. It has been developed to ensure optimum airflow and offers outstanding cooling properties. The free-form end boxes, precisely developed in CAD and made of high-quality cast aluminum, ensure the best possible internal airflow. The intercooler offers less back pressure than the standard radiator and has extended connection diameters of 66mm. The kit includes reinforced silicone hoses that are perfectly matched to the new connections.
Installation is extremely simple, as our performance intercooler is supplied as a complete kit. Replacement with the standard intercooler is straightforward and requires no complex adjustments. This kit has been tested to up to 6 bar and is absolutely pressure-stable.
Our intercooler also has an anti-corrosion coating with outstanding heat conduction properties. This not only guarantees optimum cooling, but also a significant increase in performance for your Ford Focus MK2.

In addition to the high-quality workmanship, the use of rust-free stainless steel struts, corrosion-resistant components and the convincing durability, the KW V2 convinces with the possibility of additionally adapting the damper setup to your own requirements with the rebound stage adjustable in 16 clicks.
More comfort or more sport - you decideAs with all KW coilover suspensions, the KW engineers develop the vehicle-specific KW damper tuning, which is appreciated by car enthusiasts worldwide, in extensive test cycles on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in our test centre on the KW 7-post driving dynamics test bench. With a KW coilover suspension you will experience your car more directly and dynamically. With the KW V2, as an experienced sports driver, you can influence the handling and comfort yourself with the individually adjustable rebound damping. The 16 precise clicks allow you to tune the KW dampers to be firmer or more comfortable without affecting the bottom valve of the compression stage.
Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers are adjusted at the upper end of the piston rod via an integrated adjustment wheel or the slip-on adjustment wheel included in the scope of delivery. By increasing the rebound force via the adjustment wheel, the body movements on the body are reduced. As a result, your car will track more accurately and you will have even more stability at higher cornering speeds. If, for example, you change the approved wheel/tyre combinations of your car manufacturer for larger rims, you can use the KW V2 with adjustable rebound to perfectly match the handling of your car and your new alloy wheels.

Every single damper and every suspension is extensively tested. As a German manufacturer, it is a matter of course for us to provide a warranty of up to 5 years on our coilover suspension kits, which exceed the requirements of the original equipment industry, and on our suspension programme comprising over 4,600 applications when installed by one of our KW specialist dealers.
Finally, KW coilover suspension struts are 100 per cent rust-free under all weather conditions and have an unlimited service life. The function of the stepless lowering via the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring on the KW V2 is also designed for many years of use. In a salt spray test, no oxidation occurred on the KW coilover struts. This means that the adjustment of the stepless lowering is not affected even after years of use.

The rebound adjustment allows you to take into account the changes in driving dynamics that result from changing the complete set of wheels or fitting winter tyres. The damper characteristic curve of the weather-resistant KW V2 coilover suspension can be adjusted to be firmer or more comfortable, depending on your own requirements. The suspension is suitable for all sporty drivers who want more than just stepless lowering for their driving pleasure.
Please note the conditions and instructions for this product:
- VA + HA height adjustable (coilover struts)
- When used with standard wheel/tire combinations, additional commercially available track wideners from the accessories may be required
- Dampers have easy-to-use adjustment wheels. Due to the design, the rebound stage can only be adjusted when the piston rod is accessible.
- For camber correction on the rear axle, we recommend the use of the adjustable KW control arm. Vehicle-specific KW control arms can be found in the accessories table.

The FK2 Type R V2 intake is an updated version of our original FK2 system that now replaces the stock rubber intake tube with our carbon tube and a custom silicone hose. The new carbon tube also includes the MAF sensor and therefore also replaces our original MAF metal tube from the original Eventuri system. The addition of the carbon tube smooths the path from the venturi filter housing to the stock turbo inlet tube and the difference is significant in terms of additional power gained. The rest of the intake remains the same, with our cold air scoop and venturi filter housing ensuring smooth airflow and low intake temperatures. By incorporating an effective cold air intake, which the stock system lacks, and coupling it with our patented venturi housing and carbon intake tube, our intake delivers industry-leading results consistently.
The Eventuri differenceThe FK2 Type R V2 Eventuri system uses our patented carbon fiber housing with our custom Gen 2 filter that provides an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbos. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect and maintains laminar flow conditions to reduce drag on the turbo.
