At the heart of this kit is our performance high performance mesh, a bar-and-plate mesh of the highest quality with outstanding cooling properties. The end boxes are made from lightweight cast aluminium and have been carefully optimised in the CFD system to ensure the best airflow. This results in less back pressure than your standard intercooler.

Our products are designed for durability and performance. That's why our EVO 1 has an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties that ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance.

This means that the charge air is not cooled using the ambient air as a cooling medium (as usual), but with the aid of a separate cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature can therefore be directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charge air. This is precisely where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING upgrade water cooler come into play. The newly developed competition racing mesh of the WAGNERTUNING high-performance water cooler increases the radiator volume of the standard water cooler by 79%. The ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer and at the same time allows the adjacent components (e.g. the engine water cooler located behind it) sufficient air flow for heat exchange. Furthermore, the increased cooling water volume allows the entire system thermal to be kept at a lower level over a longer period of time.
