This gives you the ideal accessories to realise the full potential of your sports car at trackdays, sports driver training courses, tourist drives on Grand Prix circuits and on the Nürburgring Nordschleife.

Developed for the toughest racetrack in the world: the Nürburgring Nordschleife
Even in their basic set-up, KW Clubsport coilovers are tuned to the different track surfaces, steep bends, jumps and chicanes of the 20.8 kilometre long Nürburgring Nordschleife. After all, as one of the most successful suspension manufacturers and suppliers in motorsport, we are at home on the Nordschleife.
In the VLN Endurance Championship alone, we equip over 70 racing teams and, as a suspension manufacturer, have supported six overall victories at the ADAC Zurich 24h Race Nürburgring in ten years. The winner of the ADAC GT Masters 2011 also relies on our racing expertise, from which the KW Clubsport coilovers benefit.
The basic setup of the KW V3 Clubsport and KW V4 Clubsport with separate expansion tank, which is perfectly adapted to the Nordschleife, allows you to adjust your sports car even more individually to the desired sports tyre setup thanks to the numerous adjustment options.
In addition to optionally available adjustable support bearings, the KW Clubsport coilovers allow you to adjust the damper forces independently in the rebound and compression stages with the integrated

With the adjustment wheels for the rebound adjustment, you can fine-tune the recommended basic setup for your sports car and your individually installed performance components with 16 exact clicks. This allows you to directly influence changed wheel loads, for example to influence bodywork movements. Separate from the rebound adjustment, the KW V3 Clubsport allows you to adjust the compression damping with twelve exact clicks in the low-speed range to your requirements, such as the sports tyres used.
These setting options allow you to consider individual setups to suit the vehicle weight, sports tyre characteristics, track characteristics and operating conditions.

Setup: Application range and damper tuning
The KW V3 Clubsport coilover suspensions impress with their vehicle-specific setup for trackday events on the Nürburgring Nordschleife, as well as the possibility of quickly tuning these suspensions for other racetracks and individual performance sports cars.

Please note the conditions and instructions for this product:
- VA + HA height-adjustable (VA coilover struts, HA springs with height adjustment + dampers)
- Dampers have easy-to-use adjustment wheels. Due to the design, the rebound stage can only be adjusted if the piston rod is accessible.
- On vehicles with electronic damper control, this must be deactivated.
- Clubsport suspension with support bearing: only available with VA support bearing

Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, the consistent use of stainless steel struts, corrosion-resistant springs and harmonised components, it stands for many years of driving pleasure - and not just for the life of the car. Stepless loweringThe KW V1 enables maximum lowering within the tested adjustment range. This varies depending on the vehicle model and can, for example, be between 30 and 70 millimetres or 50 to 90 millimetres for an individual lowering. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even years later. Depending on the vehicle, the lowering is carried out either on the wheel-guiding KW stainless steel suspension struts or on the rear axle height adjustment for non-wheel-guiding double-wishbone rear axles. This means that the charge air is not cooled using the ambient air as a cooling medium (as usual), but with the aid of a separate cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature can therefore be directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charge air. This is precisely where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING upgrade water cooler come into play. The newly developed competition racing mesh of the WAGNERTUNING high-performance water cooler increases the radiator volume of the standard water cooler by 79%. Facts:Brand: EventuriMaterial: CarbonInstallation: like original part (replacement)Expert opinion: without The B48 Eventuri intake system is designed to provide a less restrictive flow path for the turbo while maintaining low intake temperatures. Heat and volume are the most important factors in the development of an intake system for turbocharged engines. In the G29, the intake system is located directly next to the exhaust manifold, which means that the engine compartment heats up quickly. High temperatures have a detrimental effect on engine performance, as the turbo has to build up the boost pressure with heated, less dense air. The only way to keep the IAT values as low as possible is to have a completely sealed intake. However, this leads to a limitation as there is only one air intake from which air can be drawn. During development, we noticed an additional opening in the wheel arch area and took advantage of this by adding a second intake to our airbox. In addition, our sealed airbox features a heat shield with gold reflectors to minimize radiant heat from the exhaust manifold. To maximize volume, we made the airbox as large as possible with a cutout for possible struts. The stock coiled intake tube has been replaced with a smooth carbon tube that also has a larger internal volume and starts with a 4.4" (111mm) internal diameter that tapers smoothly to match the turbo inlet. The pipe provides a smooth path from the filter to the turbo inlet. Finally, we use a custom high-flow dry filter that is ISO-tested for filtration performance and has a larger filtration area than the stock filter. The Eventuri B48 intake system consists of a number of components designed for a specific purpose and manufactured to the highest standards. We use 100% pre-impregnated carbon fiber with no fiberglass, which means we can achieve a smooth internal surface to get a smoother airflow.
