As with all KW coilover suspensions, the KW engineers develop the vehicle-specific KW damper tuning, which is appreciated by car enthusiasts worldwide, in extensive test cycles on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in our test centre on the KW 7-post driving dynamics test bench. With a KW coilover suspension you will experience your car more directly and dynamically. With the KW V2, as an experienced sports driver, you can influence the handling and comfort yourself with the individually adjustable rebound damping. The 16 precise clicks allow you to tune the KW dampers to be firmer or more comfortable without affecting the bottom valve of the compression stage.

Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers are adjusted at the upper end of the piston rod via an integrated adjustment wheel or the slip-on adjustment wheel included in the scope of delivery. By increasing the rebound force via the adjustment wheel, the body movements on the body are reduced. As a result, your car will track more accurately and you will have even more stability at higher cornering speeds. If, for example, you change the approved wheel/tyre combinations of your car manufacturer for larger rims, you can use the KW V2 with adjustable rebound to perfectly match the handling of your car and your new alloy wheels.

During production at our headquarters in Fichtenberg, the KW Variant 2 "inox-line" coilover suspension kits are subjected to extensive tests during the production process in order to fulfil our quality standards. Every single damper and every suspension is extensively tested. As a German manufacturer, it is a matter of course for us to provide a warranty of up to 5 years on our coilover suspension kits, which exceed the requirements of the original equipment industry, and on our suspension programme comprising over 4,600 applications when installed by one of our KW specialist dealers.

Finally, KW coilover suspension struts are 100 per cent rust-free under all weather conditions and have an unlimited service life. The function of the stepless lowering via the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring on the KW V2 is also designed for many years of use. In a salt spray test, no oxidation occurred on the KW coilover struts. This means that the adjustment of the stepless lowering is not affected even after years of use.

With the KW V2, you can further adjust the vehicle-specific KW damper tuning, which is appreciated by car enthusiasts worldwide, with 16 clicks. The rebound adjustment allows you to take into account the changes in driving dynamics that result from changing the complete set of wheels or fitting winter tyres. The damper characteristic curve of the weather-resistant KW V2 coilover suspension can be adjusted to be firmer or more comfortable, depending on your own requirements. The suspension is suitable for all sporty drivers who want more than just stepless lowering for their driving pleasure.

Please note the conditions and instructions for this product:
- VA + HA height-adjustable (VA coilover struts, HA springs with height adjustment + damper)
- For vehicles with electronic damper control, this must be decommissioned. Electronic kit for decommissioning is included in the scope of delivery for item variant "YES".
- Dampers have easy-to-operate adjustment wheels. Due to the design, the rebound stage can only be adjusted when the piston rod is accessible.
- For camber correction on the rear axle, we recommend the use of the adjustable KW wishbone.

Facts:Performance increase: 15-20hpExpert opinion: withoutManufacturer: EventuriMaterial: CarbonExpert opinion: without The Mercedes A35 AMG Eventuri intake system was developed to provide the turbo with a less restrictive flow path while keeping intake temperatures low. Reducing heat suction and increasing internal volume are the main considerations when developing an intake system for turbocharged engines. In the A35, the intake system is located in close proximity to the exhaust manifold, which quickly heats up the engine compartment. High temperatures have a detrimental effect on engine performance, as the turbo has to build up boost pressure with heated, less dense air. Therefore, the only way to reduce IAT to a minimum is to have a completely sealed intake tract. To reduce the restrictions of a closed intake tract, we increased the volume of the airbox by relocating the ECU and providing an opening in the airbox on the cold side, away from the direct heat of the manifold. The carbon inlet pipe has a larger internal volume with an initial internal diameter of 111mm (4.4?) which tapers smoothly to match the turbo inlet pipe diameter. Finally, we use a custom high-flow dry filter that is ISO approved and has a larger filter area than the stock filter. Dyno testsThe dyno tests were carried out by MSL Performance, a Mercedes specialist based in the UK. A fully standard A35 AMG was tested with the standard airbox and then with the Eventuri intake system, with the same external conditions. As can be seen below, the intake system offers an increase in power throughout the rev range. The highlighted point shows a significant power gain as the intake allows a higher flow rate in the higher rev range where the stock airbox becomes a restriction. The resulting performance gains are noticeable on the road, with better throttle response and improved acceleration times. With a tuned A35 we would expect even better gains as the demand from the turbo increases. The Eventuri A35 intake system consists of a number of components designed for a specific purpose and manufactured to the highest standards.
