KW V2 Comfort coilover suspension

With the KW V2 Comfort coilover suspension, your comfort-orientated driving pleasure takes centre stage.
If your standard sports suspension is too hard for you as a frequent driver or as a family, or if even the suspension comfort of your installed accessory lowering springs is too unharmonious in the long run, the KW V2 Comfort sports suspension is the ideal solution for more driving comfort. It combines a subtle lowering in the vehicle-specific adjustment range of ten to 40 millimetres with a comfort-oriented damper set-up developed by KW test engineers on numerous test drives in everyday life and on the KW 7-Post driving dynamics test bench.

Suspension too hard? KW V2 Comfort is the answer
Whether on long stretches on the motorway or many kilometres on fast country roads, with the KW V2 Comfort coilover suspension you enjoy a comfortable set-up. The shorter KW damper housings allow a comfortable residual spring travel despite the lowering. With the KW V2 Comfort coilover suspension, the dampers, housings, springs and the comfort-orientated damper characteristics are perfectly matched to each other for the specific vehicle. In addition, the KW V2 Comfort coilover suspension allows you to further adjust the rebound damping individually to your driving style and comfort level.

Adjustable comfort - "no more hard times"
You can also influence the handling and comfort of the KW V2 Comfort coilover suspension yourself with the individually adjustable rebound damping. The 16 precise clicks allow you to adjust the KW dampers further to make them more comfortable or firmer without affecting the bottom valve of the compression stage. By increasing the rebound force via the adjustment wheel, the body movements on the body are reduced. As a result, your car tracks more accurately and you have even more stability at higher cornering speeds. If, for example, you change from the approved wheel/tyre combinations of your car manufacturer to larger rims, you can use the adjustable rebound to perfectly match the handling of your car and your new alloy wheels. Or you can reduce the rebound with just a few clicks for even more comfort - just as you have always wanted from a sports suspension.

Stepless lowering from ten to 40 millimetres
The KW V2 Comfort coilover suspension, manufactured using "inox-line" stainless steel technology, allows vehicle-specific lowering in a tested adjustment range of ten to 40 millimetres. As a result, you no longer have to be satisfied with a fixed lowering as with a conventional spring kit. Thanks to the filigree workmanship and the use of high-quality components, the KW V2 Comfort coilover struts made of stainless steel are 100 per cent corrosion-resistant and have an unlimited service life.
The functionality of the stepless lowering in conjunction with the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring is not impaired even after years of use. The individual lowering with its infinitely variable adjustment range also allows you to emphasise the sportiness of your vehicle visually.

With the KW V2 Comfort coilover suspension, your comfort-orientated driving pleasure takes centre stage. That's why our test engineers have been on the road for you on numerous motorways, country roads and rough tracks. The KW V2 Comfort coilover suspension is suitable for all frequent drivers and families who want to combine the pleasure of a subtle lowering with driving comfort.

Please note the conditions and instructions for this product:
- VA + HA height-adjustable (VA coilover struts, HA springs with height adjustment + damper)
- Only for vehicles with a clamping diameter on the VA of 55mm
- For vehicles with electronic damper control, this must be deactivated. Electronic kit for deactivation is included in the scope of delivery for the “YES“ article variant.

The KW Clubsport coilovers convince with their uncompromising combination of high-end racing technology with maintenance-free KW original equipment components and expertises. This gives you the ideal accessories to realise the full potential of your sports car at trackdays, sports driver training courses, tourist drives on Grand Prix circuits and on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Developed for the toughest racetrack in the world: the Nürburgring Nordschleife Even in their basic set-up, KW Clubsport coilovers are tuned to the different track surfaces, steep bends, jumps and chicanes of the 20.8 kilometre long Nürburgring Nordschleife. After all, as one of the most successful suspension manufacturers and suppliers in motorsport, we are at home on the Nordschleife. In the VLN Endurance Championship alone, we equip over 70 racing teams and, as a suspension manufacturer, have been able to support six overall victories at the ADAC Zurich 24h Race Nürburgring in ten years. The winner of the ADAC GT Masters 2011 also relies on our racing expertise, from which the KW Clubsport coilovers benefit. The basic setup of the KW V3 Clubsport and KW V4 Clubsport with separate reservoir, which is perfectly adapted to the Nordschleife, allows you to customise your sports car even more individually to the desired sports tyre setup thanks to the numerous adjustment options. KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension The vehicle-specific basic setup of the KW V4 Clubsport, developed in numerous test and measurement drives on the Nordschleife and the KW 7-post driving dynamics test bench, can be further adapted to your wheel loads, vehicle weight and the modified body stiffness, for example with a bolted cage, welded-in safety cell or strut braces, using the click adjustment. Similar to the KW Competition racing suspensions used in international motorsport, the KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension allows the compression damping to be fine-tuned separately in the low-speed and high-speed range. The click adjustment of the patented KW two-valve control takes place directly on the expansion tank. You can vary the low-speed compression damping by hand with six precise clicks on the purple-coloured adjustment wheel. The gold-coloured adjustment wheel underneath allows you to change the high-speed compression stage of the recommended basic setup for your track day with 14 exact clicks.
