The two high performance intercoolers in this kit offer net dimensions of 320mm x 238mm x 110mm each, resulting in an impressive total volume of 16.755 litres. This represents a significant 40% increase in charge air volume compared to the standard intercoolers. Our Competition high performance network not only ensures excellent cooling performance, but also ensures that your engine receives sufficient cooled air to achieve optimum performance. Despite their impressive performance, these intercoolers are surprisingly light, weighing just 5.3kg each. The CAD designed freeform cast aluminium end boxes ensure optimum internal airflow and an impressive pressure resistance of up to 6 bar, which has been proven in tests.

Our kit includes matching carbon air ducts to ensure that the intercoolers are optimally supplied with air. In addition, silicone hoses with an enlarged cross-section are included to further improve the airflow.

All our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences, but also has excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures permanent and optimum cooling and is accompanied by a noticeable increase in performance. The high performance Y-intake manifold 001100006-KIT:
This unique Y-intake manifold was designed for the best possible internal air flow using complex CFD simulations. All constrictions of the original intake manifold were eliminated and adapted to a standardised cross-section. This means that the intake air flowing through is no longer unnecessarily blocked by changes in cross-section. This results in a reduction of the back pressure in the charge air system. In your vehicle, this results in a noticeable increase in performance (varies depending on the software version).
