This intercooler convinces with a new type of competition mesh (Tube Fin) and the impressive dimensions of 580 mm x 181 mm x 70 mm + 580 mm x 120 mm x 80 mm (stepped mesh: 12.9 litres), which is specially tailored to the requirements of the Hyundai i20 N. With a staggering 46% larger flow area and 98% larger mesh volume compared to the original intercooler, this high-performance mesh sets new standards.

The high-quality cast aluminium end boxes have been optimised using CAD design and CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, the innovative high performance mesh ensures sufficient airflow to neighbouring components such as the water cooler through the use of a custom-made air baffle. This kit is the perfect choice for racing and ensures optimum cooling of the supercharged air with a significant increase in performance.

Thanks to the anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties, the Wagner Tuning intercooler remains unaffected by any environmental influences.
