Thanks to its impressive mesh dimensions of 600 mm x 395 mm x 135 mm [stepped] (28.9L), this intercooler offers a 127% larger flow area and an incredible 250% more charge air volume compared to the original. The newly developed competition high performance mesh ensures sufficient airflow to the adjacent components such as the water cooler and thus guarantees optimum cooling conditions. This high-quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators enables the intercooler to be filled evenly and achieves excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This makes this kit perfect for racing and demanding driving conditions. Our intercoolers also have an anti-corrosion coating, which not only ensures protection against environmental influences, but also enables long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. The cast aluminium end boxes are specially optimized and have been perfected under flow analysis in the CFD system to ensure the best possible airflow.

The stable unit consisting of intercooler and crossbar weighs just 18.0 kg thanks to the new Competition high-performance mesh, which has also contributed to the weight reduction. It is easy to fit to the original mounting points and requires no additional effort (1:1 replacement). With a pressure test of up to 6 bar, we prove the pressure stability and reliability of our products.
