With the impressive mesh dimensions of 520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm (stepped volume: 13.6 litres), our high-performance intercooler offers an enormous 65 % larger inflow area and a whopping 87 % more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. The high-quality competition high-performance mesh with internal turbulators guarantees the best performance and optimum cooling. Despite its impressive size, the intercooler weighs just 7.4 kg, making it a lightweight in its class.

The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimised using advanced flow analysis in the CFD system to ensure optimum airflow. The EVO 2 intercooler kit was specially developed for the high demands of the large tuning stages. We have eliminated the original click connections and increased the connection diameter at the inlet and outlet to Ø70 mm, which means that the kit is equipped with reinforced silicone hoses. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers are coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which ensures long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance.

The EVO3 high-performance intercooler kit is completely ready to install and can be easily replaced with the standard intercooler. Due to its size, minor adjustments to the radiator support are required. The intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable, so that it also fulfils the requirements of racing.
