This specially developed kit significantly improves the cooling performance of your vehicle and ensures optimum performance of your 4.0L V8 biturbo engine.
Innovative cooling technology:
The 4.0L V8 biturbo engine of the Mercedes G63 AMG models utilises an indirect charge air cooling circuit, which works with its own cooling water circuit instead of ambient air. The Wagner Tuning auxiliary water coolers effectively reduce the cooling water temperature, which directly leads to an improved cooling performance of the charge air.
Maximised cooling performance:
The newly developed competition racing mesh of the Wagner Tuning high-performance water cooler increases the radiator volume of the standard water cooler by an impressive 48%. The optimum balance between the inner and outer cooling surface maximises heat transfer without compromising the airflow for neighbouring components such as the engine water cooler.

Our water coolers are coated with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating that ensures long-term cooling efficiency. This advanced coating protects against corrosion and ensures system longevity.
