Measuring 510mm x 303mm x 180mm (stepped 20.65L), our high performance intercooler offers an impressive 162% larger flow area and a whopping 182% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. This means a significant improvement in the cooling capacity and performance of your vehicle. At the heart of this intercooler is our high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. This mesh ensures efficient heat transfer and optimizes airflow for maximum cooling. Despite its impressive size, the intercooler only weighs a light 13.2kg.

The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminium and have been optimized with the help of flow analyses in the CFD system. This guarantees outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The inlets and outlets of the intercooler have been enlarged to Ø70mm to ensure maximum air flow.

Our EVO 3 kit includes everything you need for installation, including reinforced silicone hoses. Replacement with the standard intercooler is simple and straightforward (plug-and-play). The anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties ensures long-lasting and optimum cooling. This kit was developed for the highest performance requirements and is tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar.
