With impressive mesh dimensions of 610mm x 440mm x 65mm and a charge air volume of 17,446 liters, this intercooler offers a massive 178% larger flow area and 158% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler.
Our Competition high-performance net is a quality tube fin net with internal turbulators. Despite its impressive size, the intercooler weighs only 9.1 kg. The cast aluminium end boxes were developed in the CAD system and optimized for optimal internal airflow using CFD simulations. An integrated air duct in the end box ensures uniform filling of the competition high-performance network.
The connection diameters have been increased to Ø67 mm, which is why our kit is supplied with reinforced silicone hoses. All our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures long-lasting and optimum cooling and provides a noticeable increase in performance. Our kit is completely ready to install and enables easy replacement with the factory intercooler. Our intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable, making it perfect for racing. All our products are subject to strict quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards.
