With our Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler, we offer you the perfect solution to utilise the full potential of your vehicle and experience an exceptional driving experience.

With impressive mesh dimensions of 620 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm and an external charge air volume of 17.7 litres (compared to 9 litres for OEM), this high-performance intercooler ensures optimum cooling of the charged air.

Our newly developed competition high-performance mesh (Tube Fine) not only enables outstanding cooling performance, but also ensures sufficient airflow for neighbouring components such as the water cooler. The intercooler remains lightweight and weighs only 9.2 kg in total. The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimised using CAD technology and CFD simulations to achieve optimum internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the end box ensures even filling of the competition high-performance mesh.

With an inlet and outlet diameter of Ø70 mm, this intercooler offers a significantly lower back pressure compared to the intercooler fitted as standard. In addition, all our charge air coolers are provided with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which not only ensures protection against environmental influences, but also has superior heat conduction properties. This ensures a long-lasting and optimised cooling effect with a noticeable increase in performance.

Installation is carried out by simply replacing the OEM intercooler and is uncomplicated. You can rely on our constant quality monitoring to offer you only products of the highest quality.

Our intercooler is currently only compatible with the 5Q0-121-251GN engine water cooler. We are currently working on a solution for vehicles equipped with the current 5WA121251H engine water cooler.
